The following morning Jughead woke me up again. This time he was extra pumped about today.
I groaned as I rolled over, tangling myself in the sheets. I didn't want to get up.
"Get up!" He said, hitting me with a pillow. I swat him away with my hand. "Fuck off, Jug!" I cursed, keeping my eyes closed.
I got home late last night from teaching Sweet Pea. He was pretty self-assured that he was going to be able to do something now that I taught him how to use a gun properly.
"Rhiannonnn!" He said again. "Juggie stoppp!" I whined, turning again to look at him. I rubbed my eyes and then raised my brows when I saw he was wearing his Serpent jacket.
"Why are you wearing that?" I yawned. "What? You seriously think I'll let them make me take this off?" He said offended. I shrugged. "Does this mean I get to keep your Sherpas?" I teased, making him roll his eyes.
"This jacket is a symbolism of honor." He said, helping me get up from bed. I felt heavier than usual but I didn't mind it. "Alright, boy scout get out and let me change." I shooed him away before he could go on another famous rant.
I went over to the closet to pick something that could cover my growing belly. I didn't want people harassing my poor boys.

I pulled up a pair of tights, buttoning an oversized flannel that hung off my shoulders gingerly. It was long enough to hide my thigh tattoo but you were still able to see a peek of Medusa's petrifying gaze.
"Big brother! Help me with my shoes!" I lingered, letting Jughead come back in.
He sighed and came to help me slip in and lace up my high docs. Once he was done he joined me in the bathroom where I washed up and did my makeup.
"Jug, are you sure you wanna go to school like that?" I asked with a little worry as I put on a small liner. "Of course baby sis." He replied. I gave up.
