LIANA had never found solace in sleeping like many people. For most it was a time of recuperation, of rest and peace, where your body uses the time to heal your wounds and give you tranquility. But for Liana it was just an elongated continuation of her nightmare of a life. The second she closed her eyes she would find herself being haunted by dreams and tonight was no different.

Liana was standing somewhere she had never been in her dreams before. Instead of the astronomy tower or her childhood cottage or Grimmauld place she felt her breath catch in her throat as she realised she was teetering on the edge of a terrifying looking cliff, surrounded by miles of expansive rough oceans. Liana immediately stumbled backwards away from the edge, the rock crumbling slightly beneath her shoes, brushing her hair back as the harsh salty winds blew it in tangles in all directions.

"Mum!" Liana exclaimed with shock as she turned around and spotted the familiar looking woman behind her, the same greyish tinted figure but Aubrey's hazel eyes were still soft and comforting to Liana.

"Liana I need to tell you something-" gasped Aubrey and it was in that moment that Liana realised there were ghostly tears in her mother's eyes.

"Woah Mum, it's okay, I've got you," Liana assured as she tried to reach out of her mother who looked like she was about to collapse.

"No Liana you don't understand! I've got to tell you, I've got to find a way to warn you before it's too late!" wailed Aubrey, fat tears rolling down her thin cheeks. "You're my baby girl, I can't let anything happen to you."

"What are you talking about Mum?" Liana worried as she still attempted to reach forward to her mother who was standing just out of touch. Liana furrowed her brow as she realised her feet had become stuck to the ground beneath her, her body anchored solidly in that spot. Liana waved her arms blindly for her mother to grab hold of but Aubrey didn't make any motion to come nearer.

"Liana you're in danger, you and Harry are in grave and mortal danger and for once, I can't do anything to save you. There are things you don't know darling, things that will change everything," warned Aubrey, her eyes wide with fear and Liana shivered and wrapped her arms around herself as her eyes trailed around her location and how ruthless it was where she had ended up.

"Mum, Voldemort wants to kill Harry and probably me too, I'm always in danger, but you don't need to make any more sacrifices for me now- I'm a big girl, I can look after myself and the others I promise," Liana said strongly but Aubrey let out a humourless chuckle.

"If only it was just Voldemort that threatened your existence."

Liana expression twisted in confusion at this, her hair and dress still being buffeted about by the gale that whipped around her.
