Iron Man

It have been many years since the day I had listened as the man I had cared most of all in the world, crashed his plane in the water, saving millions of lives. I couldn't bring myself to let him go, and as the years went on I continued to try and find any trace of him. I had helped form the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistic Division along with Peggy, Howard, and Colonel Phillips. It was our advanced version of the SSR and for years we managed to branch it out further. Howard had created many different forms of technology to help advance our efforts, wanting to help protect the world if HYDRA ever reformed. Whispers had begun to sprout after many years that it had come back but we still didn't have any proof of this.  As the years went on, both Peggy and Howard moved on with their lives, starting their own families, while I couldn't let my heart move on.

I continued to try and run things at the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division but it was beginning to be too much on me and I wanted more. I became a bit of a freelance agent doing the odd jobs here and there for my agency, and for other well paying people as well. With my abilities I was able to track down people who were trying to hide, and I would go only on missions that I would be best suited for. I managed to change my looks over the year, blending so no one realize that I wasn't aging like everyone around me. I would adapt to the styles that were changing over the years, and I was getting very good at blending into a word that I felt like I didn't belong in anymore.

I had been on my latest undercover mission when word reached me about a tragedy that struck to close to my heart. Howard and Maria Stark had died in a car crash, I headed back and right away looked over the crime scene, wanting to know for myself if that was what had truly happened. I knew it wasn't an accident, and that was my first hint of HYDRA coming back. I vowed to find who had really done this to Tony's parents, owing it to the boy that was like my own. It didn't take me long to get on the trail of an operative that might belong to HYDRA named the Winter Solider. I tried to trace this man, all over the world, he was always one step ahead and always getting away just before I can get a hold of him.

It was a few years later that I ended up being called in for the strangest mission ever. A woman had fallen from space, and aliens were on the planet. I had been around for many years by now, and I honestly thought it was what people now called a prank. It had turned out to be true, and I had helped the woman regain her true memories, and helped save an alien race. I never told anyone else about that event, knowing that if it ever came to light there would be panic everywhere. It had been an odd experience that I would never forget about and I had expeirnced it along with two other agents, one a Nicholas Fury who would become the Director of our program we created and the other agent was Phil Coulson, who had grown up idolozing Steve and I, which at times had been quite awkward.

                As the years had gone on, I slowly began to tell myself it was time to move on, but I never could. Not on this Winter Solider, or forgetting about Steve, there was something though that felt familiar about the Winter Solider but I just couldn't place it. While I was on the hunt for the Winter Solider I got a call from Sergeant James Rhodes, he was a friend of Tony who had been covering Tony as he had showed them a new weapon created by STARK technologies. I was still not proud that the company Howard had built went into the weapon and defence direction, and that was why I barley spoke to Tony. James had informed me that Tony had gone missing, and that I might be the one person who may be able to find him. So I packed up my things and headed to the coordinates he had given me, hoping to find Tony.
