Story Three: Theresa: Part Three

A few hours went by and Alex was been shaken awake by Fu Hua. "Wake up. Theresa is gone and we found you lying on the sim pad." She said. Alex slapped fu hua for shaking him. "Sorry, you startled me. What happened to theresa?" He said with a worried look. "Don't ask me." Fu Hua said "You're the one who was with her last." Alex stood up and said "Was I, I just remember waking up, fighting a dragon and pulling a strange chip out of the sim pad? Was that a dream?" Fu Hua shook her head "Nope. After I took Kiana to the office. We spoke and after 30 minutes we decided to check on you and theresa. We we got back we found you on the floor and theresa gone."

"Ow. These binds hurt." Theresa said squirming around. "Shut up, or we'll make you." The man grinned as he pulled out a gag. Theresa made a tiny "eep" and just thought about Alex. Theresa then remember what happened after he was shocked. "Alex? Alex!? Wake up please. You can't die not yet" She walked up to him and shook him but to no avail. "Hello project end." Theresa turned around and said "You. Did you do this." The man approached Theresa and said "Yes, and you are coming with me." Theresa was shocked "No! I won't I'll die before that happens." The man laughed and said "No you won't your life was ours from the day you were created." He then teleported behind her with some rope. "Lets go."

Theresa was smiling with her eyes closed thinking about Alex when she felt something enter her mouth. It was the damn gag "MMPH" she tried to say. The man just laughed "Oh that. I just didn't want to see you smile." The man then dragged theresa to a small room and locked her in there alone. Theresa had tears in her eyes as the darkness crept around her. Theresa just shut her eyes and decided to fall asleep despite being uncomfortable.

Alex was pacing around the room "Theresa is in trouble, the man has her she could be anywhere in japan by now." He did a laugh. "We are so fucked." The valkyries gathered around him and each of them said a different thing. Kiana said "We'll find her. I know auntie" Himeko then said "For as long as I've known her, she is one of the toughest people I know." Fu Hua looked out the window and said "She has been an s Rank longer than most of of any valkyrie has been a valkyrie." Mei gave a chuckle "Theresa is a great valkyrie. It'd be a shame if that were to go to waste." and last but not least bronya said "Although Subject theresa is childish, she is still one of the best." Alex perked up and gave a smug look. "Well then I know the perfect place to look."

Theresa heard a click and the door open. The man stood there with a menacing look and said "How was you sleep missy. You know what, I don't care." He then lifted up theresa and carried her to a laboratory. She saw a small bench an empty tube and many other things that were new to her. The gag was taken off and the man said looking at theresa's broken frown "Good that night must have broken you slightly. This should be easy."

Alex, Fu Hua and Himeko rushed out of the campus. While Kiana stayed behind with Mei and bronya while they recover. "Wait, isn't the dance tonight?" Said Mei. Kiana and Bronya looked at mei with fear. "Oh god it is tonight." Said Kiana "What should we do? Theresa, Fu Hua and Himeko might not be here for it." Mei laughed "It'll be fine Kiana. We can do everything for them."

The rescue team ran to Alex's car and he started it up. "The man is a powerful being. He escaped my clutches nearly 40 years ago. He will die today." Said Alex and Fu Hua replied with "Why does he want to do this?" Alex sighed "He wants all the universal energy and he used project end to get it. This destroys the universe as we know it." Himeko then said "Then Why theresa. Why did he take her?" Alex shook his head "Theresa was project end. I took that power out of her. I guess I missed some. I need to get the last of of her and then the universe is safe."

The binds were cut and theresa saw marks on her skin from where the rope was. "Oh don't worry. I'll make sure fresh ones are put on once we're done." Theresa was shocked she cried out "Please, don't hurt me." The man grinned "Oh, then how are we supposed to break you even further." Theresa watched in horror as the man brought over tools that would ensure she would lose her sanity.
