Wishful Thinking (Shinsou Hitoshi)

Shinsou doesn't know what to say, so the easiest thing to do was activate his quirk.

He forces the cashier to be silent up until every item is scanned and the two of you pay, releasing it once you're both on the move out the door. He can hear the cashier yelling at the two of you but he had already deciding to never step foot inside the store again to avoid any punishment. As you're walking down the street, you glance over at him.

"That was pretty embarrassing, huh?"

He simply nods his head, not wanting to think about the situation. It was almost as if life was mocking him now, having someone point out the fact he's such close friends with his crush that everyone thinks they're dating, yet you two aren't.

"Maybe they have a future prediction quirk."

"...or they were just being nosy." You laugh at him.

"Sorry, just wishful thinking, I guess!"

Wait... what?

But you kept your mouth shut the rest of the walk home.
