excuse typos, uwu.
A week later.
"Sorry we're late!" Beomgyu and Yeonjun bows and wore their rubber shoes getting inside the court, Jungkook nodded at them and Jihoon sighs, "You two are always late nowadays, is there any reason you can tell us?" Their manager raised an eyebrow, the couple stood there as they look at each other and shake their heads. "Nothing! I was just waiting for his class to end, that's all." Beomgyu smiles.
"Eh? Really?" Haechan smirked at them and crossed his arms, "I saw you too went inside the bathroom awhile ago-" He lets out a muffled shriek when Yeonjun clasped his hand over his mouth, laughing out loud in a sarcastic way, "Ahaha! I did not know you could be this funny!" The boy growls and got out of his grasp. "Whatever."
Jungkook clears his throat, now finally getting it, "Uh, well, that's great to know then. Although, you guys should lessen it a bit since we need to practice. We have an upcoming practice match again next week, that's our last play before Christmas vacation." They both nodded and the others also got noted of it.
"Now get ready and practice your receives."
"Yes sir!"
The Kamagwinae volleyball club practiced enough time until it's finally time to go home, also, Yeonjun is still the one incharge of locking the gymnasium. "God, that's tiring!" Beomgyu stretched his arms and yawned, Yeonjun finally locked the door and walked towards his boyfriend, "Aren't you used to it?"
"Hm? Yeah, well, its been a while." They both started walking behind the others who are really loud and chaotic, "I feel like I could cry." He laughs off, the brunnet looked up at the sky seeing how beautiful the clouds are mixed with the colors of sunset.
"I can make you cry on bed."
Yeonjun's words made him froze on his spot, he's been saying a lot of things now and Beomgyu swore that he would punch him to shut him up. "Seriously?" They continued walking. The blonde looks down at him, confused in an innocent way, "What? Isn't tickling you makes you cry?"
Beomgyu's mind went blank, he lowered his head, cheeks flushed from embarrassment. "What were you thinking again, huh?" Yeonjun teased, leaning down with an intimidating smirk. Beomgyu smacked his face and walked fastee ahead of him, "Don't talk to me!"
"Huh? What did I do?" Yeonjun catch up running behind him, chuckling as he finally reached his lover, throwing his arm over his shoulders. "What were you thinking, hmm? I can make you cry either way." Beomgyu growls and was about to push him away, but he saw a familiar car infront of their house. Also, two people at their porch.
"Huh? Who are they?" Yeonjun asks but Beomgyu shrugged, "No idea." He responds and walked towards them, Yeonjun ofcourse tags along with him. Then, they finally caught the glimpse. A certain blue short haire girl wearing someone fancy as always, "Ryujin?" Beomgyu calls out and the girl turns around, smiling after she turned her phone off.
"Hey, Beomgyu. Good evening, sorry for coming so suddenly. I wont take long though." She looks at him and sighs, "Remember this kid?" She pointed at the small boy seated on the stairs of their porch, hugging his blue backpack as he looked at them. "Oh, yeah, I do." Beomgyu grins softly at him and looked back at Ryujin, "Why is he with you? Also, Where's mom and Yuna? I thought they'll be going home with him?"
"Right, we got blocked. Yuna is at a tv show interview with Mrs. Choi, I don't want to attend it since I have reasons. Mrs. Choi told me to bring him here to you already since this boy always looks for you." Ryujin chuckles and Beomgyu's heart melted at it, he never knew this kid would like him that much.
"So, is it fine for you?"
"Definitely!"
"Great! Now, here are his needs, he also have allergies and need to drink these medicines. His name is Gabriel." Ryujin gave Beomgyu a piece of paper, "Also, here are some things Mrs. Choi bought you from Seoul, just new clothes." Yeonjun took it instead since it was quite heavy too.
"Thank you, I'll take care of him." He said and the girl nodded, heaving at a sigh before looking around until she's finally sure she did not forget anything. "Well, that's all, I'm going back now. Take care." Ryujin smiles and got inside her care, "Keep safe!" Beomgyu says and watched the car drive off in a speed.
After a few seconds, he looks at Gabriel who is still sitting on the porch, "Well, looks like you're a babysitter now." Yeonjun chuckles making Beomgyu giggle at that, he find it funny yet cute too. Yeonjun then received a message as he hissed, "Shit, my cousin's home. He needs me, sorry I can't help you with him."
"Its fine." Beomgyu smiles and pecked his lips, "Goodnight." Yeonjun ruffled his hair, "Goodnight, I'll have a proper introduction infront of Gabriel tomorrow. See ya!" The brunnet waved at him as goodbye and finally averting his eyes again at the small bou infront of him. "Hey, Gabriel, how about we go inside?" The boy nodded a little.
'God, he's so quiet.' Beomgyu thought but shook it off, he helped the boy get up and let him inside the warm and cozy house. He dropped the heavy bags down the living room as Gabriel only watched him, "So, have you eaten?" The boy shake his head, smiling, he gestured him to sit on the sofa, "I'll go cook dinner then, sit here, do you want to watch tv?"
Gabriel shook his head again, 'Is there anything he likes?' Beomgyu thoughts, he chuckles awkwardly, not really great at communicating with kids. "Alright then, stay here." Beomgyu did not get any response, so he left the living room and went inside the kitchen getting the ingredients for their dinner.
'I hate mom sometimes, I'm not good with kids goddamn it.'
