In Mori...
Their task is to gather 20 feathers of the blue bird
They are not necessarily to kill the blue bird but just to pluck some feathers from them
But the blue birds are known to be rare and killing them would not be good because there is already few of them left
The feathers are use to make accessory, a necklace, headgear etc
They are known for their beauty and because it contains a small mana, the feather lasts longer compared to a normal one. They are also pretty expensive.
Looking for a blue feather would take longer than a day of looking for it but with Lily, with her she can locate where to find one just by following the mana around it.
Along the way Millie thought of the kids in the street
She wanted to help them but she don't know if they would accept her help because she is a Northener
The kids would be scared if they found out and if she wanted to give them a home it would be near the others from the North
So it was debating in her mind if she should tell the kids first or just help them then let them leave if they wanted to.
Another problem is that, what if people notice that a Northerner took the kids and make bad rumors about it.
She can't afford to risk her peaceful stay in the capital. And she don't want it to be more uncomfortable than it is.
"Careful!!"
Millie trip from a branch but she did not fall but almost if it weren't for Ana and Lily catching her
"What are you thinking so deeply about"
"It's just that those kids..."
"You can just secretly help them if you don't want others to know"
"You're right, but would they accept the fact that I am a Northerner?"
"They will, trust me, those kids get a lot of help from people they did not expect and because they are orphans they are also treated with discrimination by the others "
I just then nodded and focus on what we came here for
"So how are we suppose to find some blue birds" When I asked, I heard Ana whistle
Then I heard some rustling in the trees
"Over there" then I saw Lily pointed and saw birds flying
There are a lot of kinds but I caught a glimpse of a blue bird flying with them
Ana still whistling like communicating with the birds
We followed them
They leads us to the deeper part of the forest
Then Ana stopped
