theatricality

Angels POV:

Going into glee club I see Tina sitting down with sweats on i stead of her usual gothic clothing, "It's so weird."

"This so isn't you."  Finn says as well nod in agreement.

She slouched in her oversized clothing, "I feel like an Asian Branch Davidian." She says

"Tina, are there any other looks you can try?"

"Biker chick ?" Tina puts her thumb down showing she doesn't agree.

"Cowgirl?"

"Hood rat." Mercedes suggests.

"Computer programmer."

"Cross-country skier."

Puck smirked as he suggested, "Catholic schoolgirl." He received many disgusted looks. 

"Happy Meal, no onions."

"Or a chicken." I say randomly as everyone else looks at me weirdly but Brittany who agrees.

"Look, I appreciate it, guys,but it just isn't me. I know who I am, and I'm not allowed to show it. It's like communism."

We were soo interrupted by Rachel walking into the room, "Guys, we have a serious problem. You know how I've been doing some deep background on Vocal Adrenaline ?"

Artie looked at her skeptically, "Isn't that against the rules?" He questions.

"No, not at all." She denied, "Or probably. Whatever ! Anyway, what I figured out; I rooted through the Dumpsters behind the Carmel auditorium and I found 18 empty boxes of Christmas lights." She says in a worried tone.

"Oh, no." Tina adds on.

Rachel continues, "Which led me to Joelle Fabrics. I asked them about red Chantilly lace. They were sold out."

"Oh, sweet Jesus." I'm confused.

"Oh, my."

Mr. Schue looked at them with concern "Wait, what?" He was just as confused. 

"They're doing Gaga." Kurts says.

"That's it. It's over."

"We should have guessed it. They're going for full-out theatricality. They know it's the easiest way to beat us. Damn them." Artie tells us.

Puck looked at them annoyed, "What's up with this Gaga dude ? He just, like, dresses weird,right ? Like Bowie ?" Rachel and Kurt scoff.

"Lady Gaga is a woman. She's only the biggest pop act to come along in decades. She's boundary-pushing, the most theatrical performer of our generation. And she changes her look faster than Brit changes sexual partners." Kurt expresses very harshly.

Brittany nods her head, "That's true."

"It makes sense that Vocal Adrenaline would pay homage. It's a brilliant move. She's a perfect fit for them."
