"Come on dad I'm fine! Don't worry about me!" Your daughter said. "You are not walking out of the house with all that makeup on young lady!" Said Charlie sternly. "But dad it's the new look now!" She whined.

"Well I don't like that look, now you go upstairs and take it all off or your not going anywhere!"

Dn ran upstairs upset and slammed the bathroom door. Charlie rubbed his head with his hand. "Hey" you said handing him a cup of coffee. "She's at that stage right now. She fought with me too".

"I know it's just that, she wants to grow up so fast and.... I guess I'm just not ready for her to insert this type of Independence"

You rubbed his back. "I know, but we're a family so this is just as a confusing for her as it is for us" you said. Charlie smiled and kissed you passionately. "Thanks yn".

Dn came downstairs this time wearing only lip gloss and some pale eyeshadow. "Now that's better" said Charlie. Dn raised an eyebrow shortly.

"Well, I'm gonna go meet my friends at the mall" she said. "I'll drive you" Charlie offered. Dn was unsure. "That's okay"

"No I insist" said Charlie. Hunter followed dn outside. You saw that the car was still in the driveway after 10 minutes. You looked closer and saw Charlie and dn hugging. "I love baby girl" he said. "I love you too Daddy".

You smiled. Mission accomplished.
