AN: HELLOOOO! I am back! So I am pissed. Like royally pissed (Not at you guys to be clear I love you guys forever and always. Sorry you showed me love and affection so I am not going anywhere haha suckers you are stuck with me)

ANYWAYS!!!! My point is I am angry at another author of a book I am reading. He is an amazing author and the book is incredible. Strongly recommend it is fantasy book about a bisexual teenage girl assassin. (Called Nevernight Chronicles if you are curious) but I am on the last book and I have no idea how he is going to wrap it all up in one book.

Because of that I have anger and frustration so I thought about taking it out on you guys.

That would be mean and I love y'all too much for that. So we get more fluff. (And nerdy Kara)

(this is the bookstore but imagine there are ladders going from the top floor all the way down to the bottom floor as well as individual ladders on each level so you can reach the books at the top of each level)

(Trying something new for the POV for the beginning. It is from my POV and imagine I know everything. Cause I do)

Happy New Year Lovelies!

Narrator's POV

Kara is sitting on the top floor reading "A Servant of Two Masters".

It had been 2 hours since the bookstore had opened for the day.

The blonde owner of the shop loved to just sit and watch customers come in and out of the store as she reads.

They are the largest bookstore in the tristate area including a section on poetry, travel, languages, science, history, law (though Local universities would never admit it they are all jealous of the Zor-El Family Bookstore and Library. Most students go to Kara's library instead of their schools.)

ANYWAYS, the owner was rather proud of the collection of books she has gathered over the years.

The library had been in Kara's family for generations.

She grew up climbing up and down the ladders and reading any book she get get her hands on. Though the blonde was partial to the theater and fantasy sections she reads everything.

Nia, one of her workers smiles up at her boss from the ground floor seeing the blonde's feet dangling over the edge.

How she wasn't scared of falling baffles Nia everyday.

Nia's boss loved to spend days reading up on the top level.

It was technically Kara's private library but she lends out books to consistent customers in a type of book exchange but mostly she just keeps them for her self.

Only Kara herself knows how many of the books she has actually read.

Nia and Alex, Kara's older sister, have taken to try guessing the number but they never get a straight answer from the blonde.
