AN: Hey! Sooooo this is an idea I have had for a while and I want to do several kinda long parts of it if I am able to (I am hoping to do this but idk if it will work out)

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ (I am going to explain most of this in the story but please read just in case): Pretty much this story is set in a theater camp where there are four theater troops within the larger camp that compete for the title of best camp with performances of musicals/plays at the end of the summer. (each summer has a theme). Each camp is run by a director and assistant director with 40 or so members in each troop. Tech is also an option they have about 100 techies at the camp that divide between the four camps and are managed by four assistant stage managers and directed by the stage manager. (Hopefully this all made sense)

Lena's POV

I am standing at the back of the dining hall waiting for everything to calm down a bit.

In each corner sat the different companies. Each had about 40 members sitting between their 5 allocated tables.

At the front of the room sat a long table were the four directors from each of the companies, the heads of most of the different tech fields, and the 4 assistant stage managers all chatting animatedly.

Alex the head of the Freedom Company is the first to stand and speak.

In a loud stage voice, so that everyone in the hall could hear she says "Hello first years and returning campers and welcome back to another summer at Camp." There is a loud cheer in response to her statement before she continues "I hope you are all excited for the amazing summer ahead" I push my black hair out of my eyes as I make eye contact with Alex from the back of the medium-sized hall. She gives me a warm smile but doesn't wave knowing not to draw attention to me until the first years know exactly who I am. Alex pushes her short red hair out of her eyes "Now that you are formally welcomed. I would like to formally introduce myself and those that are up here with me. Pay attention kids you are going to want to know who we are when you need our help and you will need it. I am Alex Danvers the Director of the Freedom company" There is a massive cheer from the table closest to me on my right. They are the Freedom company.

The man, James, to Alex's right stands when the cheering dies down and says "I am James Olsen president of the Forrest Company" The man stood a good 4 inches taller than Alex with a warm smile that didn't match his broad shoulders. He sits down once the cheering has calmed.

Ivy is the next to stand and introduce herself. "I am Pamela Isley but please call me Ivy. I am the director of the Hillside company." Ivy had a blank face and kept her smile neutral.

Ivy nods to her own table before sitting back down. Ivy has one of the most intimidating glares you will ever see. The stark contrast makes keeping eye contact intimidating for those who are on the other end of their glare.

Last but not least Bailey (cause I love bailey and I want her in any and every story I can) stands and the cheers from Ivy are immediately silenced by her presence. She commands respect even from those who don't know her and it is more impressive considering she is the shortest person by far at the head table. "I am Miranda Bailey, you may call me Bailey. I am the director of the Spire Company" There are some gasps and murmurs as the first years realize exactly who was speaking.

I see her glance at me with a plain look as she looks me up and down before sitting.

Alex stands once again and says "Okay now that the Theater company directors have been introduced we can eat dinner now. During your house meeting after dinner and slowly over the summer you will be introduced to your assistant directors and the different members of our technical crew. For now, enjoy the meal, and welcome to camp."
