This is a rewrite from a different one-shot book of mine. I really loved this story concept and I think it would fit really well for supercorp so I am rewriting it for them! There are multiple parts (2 more so if you guys like it)

Kara's POV

The door to our small coffee shop opens and a random guy walks in and up to the counter.

Nia my best friend and coworker, is working the register so she takes his order as I finish the last order.

Nia passes me the receipt with the new customer's order as she says "Hey it is time for my break are you okay up here by yourself?"

I nod and give her a warm smile before I finish the new drink order.

I hear the bell jingle letting me know another customer has entered the shot.

I don't look over at the customer as I say "Give me one second and I will be right with you."

I call out "Kieth" which was the name on the last order while I leave it on the counter before I move to the register.

I wipe my hands on my apron as I say "How can I help you?" before I look up.

I freeze when I see a beautiful woman in front of me. She looked to be right around my age, mid to late 20s. She had pale skin and bright green eyes that pierced into my blue ones as she says "Can I have a black coffee and a chocolate croissant." In a voice that is way too sexy for just ordering some coffee.

I gulp and nod as I quickly type in the order and say "Of course, can I have a name for that order?" While looking up at her through my eyelashes.

She was dressed in nice business clothes. A white button-down with black dress pants and black heels.

She sets the book she was holding onto the counter and pulls out her wallet as she says "P!nk"

I raise an eyebrow at the name and can't stop myself from asking "Like the singer?"

The woman looks up from her wallet and says "Precisely," before handing me 20 dollar bill to pay for the food and walking to go take a seat at a table.

It isn't uncommon for people to use fake names when they order but the use of that particular singer was rare.

I shake off the thought and open the register to get her change as I say "Your order will be ready in a minute."

I hand her, her change as she gives me a thankful smile and picks up her book.

I just barely glimpse the title but I see the word "Hamlet" written across the top in pretty cursive.

Huh, odd. Most people don't read plays.

More so Shakespeare

I shrug it off and quickly make her drink as I put a croissant on a plate for her.

*the next day*

I am working the register again and I hear the bell chime.

I look up and see the same woman from yesterday.

I smile at her as she approaches the counter as soon as she is close enough I say "What can I get you today?"

She quickly says the same order from yesterday.

I nod and type it in as I say "And a name?"

She smiles a challenging smile as she says "Gwen"

It takes me a second to think if this might actually be her name but that smile tells me otherwise. I try and suppress a giggle as I say "Stefani?"
