AN: Hey I hope you are doing really well! For this AU Kara is a former caddy which is a golf term (basically in professional golf the person who carries the pro's bag and helps them decide what clubs and where to aim) and now works as the cart girl and running the caddy shack with Bailey. Lena is a stubborn pro looking for a new caddy after her old one quit because she is a bitttttt difficult.

I WILL DO MY BEST TO EXPLAIN GOLF STUFF AS BEST AS I CAN BUT IT'S HARD

(ALSO THERE IS GOING TO BE A GREY'S CROSSOVER IN THE BACKSTORY AND IN THE STORY)

3rd Person POV

Bailey walks into the caddy shack seeing her caddies sitting around eating food and playing cards.

It was the butt crack of dawn and the first tee times would be going out in a matter of minutes and unfortunately for her caddies we had a tour pro visiting to find a new caddy.

And unfortunately for everyone present, the tour pro coming in has a reputation for being a bit of a bitch.

"Alright everyone listen up" The short woman calls out getting everyone's attention while clapping her hands together with her clipboard under her arm. "Here are your assignments..." Bailey starts listing off the assignments and tee times as she remembers the phone call.

"Listen I am a busy woman Ms. Bailey. I have one day to try and find a cady. Don't bother with anyone who isn't your absolute best. And I don't want some bull shit answer that all your cadies are good. The best or your club will not have the endorsement and you will lose your job."

"Of course Ms. Luthor I will go through and make sure my best are available to play holes with you today."

"Good," She says before hanging up on the Cady manager.

Bailey's POV

"Danvers, Yang, Korra stay back," I say at the end as all the caddies stand and leave to get ready for the day. They raise an eyebrow at me as I explain "Lena Luthor is in town looking for a new caddy. She requested to play a couple of holes with our best caddies which is you four" I glance at Kara who was whipping down the tables and moving to the counter where all the food was. "You will report to the first tee immediately. She is teeing off first..." from the looks I am receiving I add "Be nice. She is important can have all of our heads served up on a platter and never working another day in this industry if she isn't satisfied. So be on your best behavior I will have your head on a platter before she does if you are not"

They all nod and walk out.

I turn back to face the blonde who was now behind the counter writing down the second round of tee times that the caddies will go out with once they are back on the whiteboard.

"Kara?"

"Yah Bailey?"

"How are you doing?"

"I am good. The locker room is cleaned out. Everything in the back and front is restocked. The pin placement changes have been emailed to the greenkeeper and I reminded them to try and put rakes at the front or sides of the bunker so it's easier for the players. And-"

"Kara" I interrupt gently.

She glances up at me and must notice something on my face because she says "Oh- you meant the other kind of how are you doing."

"Have you considered going back on the course? I mean I know our players have missed you. Even still we get 10 to 20 requests for you as a caddy every day. I mean it has kept the other's egos in check but still..."

"I am good Bailey. My place is here now. I drive the cart around the course and give people food and drinks that's the closest I will come to playing on a course again." She says it with finality before walking out of the room to load her cart with food, drinks, and ice.
