New Heroes PT 2

(To clarify this Liz is Raven haired naturally but when she puts on her suit it makes her blonde to help conceal her identity)

2 months Later

Harper's POV

I continue typing away getting ready to publish the newest post about Supernova. 

Since her first appearance, the hero has been all over the city saving lives. 

I am jealous of her complete control and understanding of her powers...

*Knock knock* 

I turn and see my mom, Diana, standing in the doorway of my room. 

She was wearing a tank top and sleep shorts she smiled and said "You too busy with your homework to come watch a movie with your old Mom?" 

Truly she didn't look a day over 30 because of her status as you know a demi-god and a daughter of Themascara. 

I nod and say "Let me just finish this assignment quickly and then we can watch 'Encanto'" 

"Haven't we seen that 3 times already?" 

"Yeah but you are exhausted and going to fall asleep halfway through anyway" 

She gasps in an offended tone she says "How do you know that?" 

I glance at her with a raised eyebrow and then down at her feet where her Wonderwomen boots are still on her feet "You're still wearing your boots Mom" 

Yeah, my mom is a superhero it's a bit annoying when I am obsessed with superheroes and have the genetics to be one but no powers insight. 

My mom walks up and kisses my head and without glancing at my computer she says "You know Supergirl is an old friend of mine" I did know that my favorite photo in the world is my mom holding me in her arms with Supergirl standing next to us when I was 5 "If this 'Supernova' is connected to her I could try and get you an interview. I mean I think your viewers would really enjoy it. Look you are getting close to 5 thousand daily viewers and it is rising" 

"If you could that would be amazing mom but I am not going to get my hopes up. We don't even know if they are connected yet. She may be connected to Superman and Superboy, not our resident hero." I say in a thoughtful tone over-analyzing the details more than I already have in the last two months. 

My mom rubs my head and says "Finish your post and let's go watch this movie" 

I finish typing my last couple of sentences and click publish. 

I spend a couple of minutes watching the views and comments stream in one in particular catching my eye. 

@supernova: Who knew I had such a fangirl? 

I have gotten hundreds if not thousands of comments like this since my blog started but this one, in particular, caught my eye for some reason. 

I shake off the thought and walk into the living room to find my mom queuing up Encanto while there is a big bowl of popcorn waiting to be devoured on the coffee table.

Kara's POV

I glance at Lena from her spot on the other side of the couch from me and say "It seems Diana's kid turned out to be something of a journalist and wants to know more about the connection between Supergirl and Supernova. Diana asked if I knew this 'Supernova' and if her kid could have an interview. Apparently, she runs a pretty popular blog about heroes but mostly about our little hero."
