This is a doctor/grey's anatomy AU.

Kara is going to be a general surgeon and Head of general surgery.

Alex is chief of surgery

Lena is CEO of L Corp

They are married. Doesn't stop everyone from being completely ogling Kara.

Alex's POV

I am sitting behind the nurses station doing some paperwork from my rounds.

I am hiding behind the computer so none of my interns find me begging to help with one of my upcoming surgeries.

I glance up when I hear voices.

"Did you see her today?"

I internally raise an eyebrow trying to figure out what the frilly hell they are talking about.

"Of course I did. How can you miss her. Her arms practically rip open her shirt she is so muscular."

I glance over the screen of the computer to see 3 residents talking in a small circle.

A fourth walks up as she says "Are you talking about McDreamy?" They nod and the girl says "It isn't fair how sexy chief is" I tense immediately realize they are talking about my sister.

I immediately stand and walk away from the nurses station. I could feel the residents eyes following me but I don't care.

I walk to the OR scrub room finding my sister scrubbing in for a surgery.

I raise an eyebrow at her and say "You do know that the whole resident class is fawning over you right?"

She glances at me only for a second before continuing to scrub as she says "Yah. Nia heard some people talking and told me about it a week ago."

Kara's POV

I start scrubbing under my finger nails as Alex says "And you have no problem with it?"

I shrug and say "It does no harm. I can't stop them they would do it even if we told them not too."

I glance back at her and see her raising an eyebrow at me as she says "What does Lena think about it?"

I shrug and say "I told her and she thought it was hilarious. You have seen her she is a goddess gracing us earthlings with her presence and she knows it. She trusts that and me enough that she doesn't feel threatened. In fact she is meeting me here for lunch so we to see their reactions when she showed up."

My sister laughs loudly and says "You are going to break them..."

I nod while laughing along with her.

I don't get a response after that I just assume Alex left.

I finish scrubbing and start my surgery.

Lena's POV

I hold my arm to my chest slightly as I exit my car and head into the hospital.

I did a decent job bandaging my self up but I am pretty sure I need stitches and I was coming to the hospital to meet Kara anyway.

Hopefully Kara is still in surgery and won't see that I hurt my self again.
