"They're late." I sighed, sitting on a rock on the beach.

"No, you're just early, very early." I looked up and saw a small boy in a blue suit, a red cape with an S on his chest.

"Lost?" I asked and he smiled, landing next to me.

"Did you come yourself?" he asked me and I nodded.

"Men aren't allowed in Themyscira, and it's a long way. So, once I received word of your visit, I left." I told him.

"That's quite a long trip." I turned, hearing the new voice and smiled seeing it was Princess Diana. I slid off the rock and stood in front of her and bowed slightly to show my respect.

"No need for that here." She placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Yes ma'am." I smiled at her.

"Well, time for introductions." she said and behind her I noticed the small boy and a larger one next to him, both in a blue suit, red cape and an S on their chest. Next to them, was a man dressed in black, like a bat and beside him was a small boy with a hood. 

"My name is (Y/n). I hope to learn much here with all of you." I smiled.

"You are a lot different compared to Diana when she first arrived." the larger S chested man told me.

"My journey here let me see and learn many things, I apologize if anything I do comes off as rude." I told them.

"Not at all." the small S chested boy smiled in return.

"This is Superman and Superboy." Diana motioned to the two S's. "This is Batman." she introduced the man in black. "And Robin." I looked at the boy with a hood.

I bent down a little to try see Robin's face. Being a bit taller than him, and his face hidden under a hood, I couldn't see much of anything. "First time I see him shy." Superboy said, standing next to me.

"Shut up." Robin finally spoke. 

I was confused, but assumed he may be a bit uncomfortable and stepped back a bit to give him space. "So... food?" I asked.

"Follow us." Batman said and I followed them to a black car.

"Can you fly?" Superboy asked me.

"I can jump pretty far, but not fly." I replied.

"Want to fly?" he asked me.

"I'm good." I smiled and Batman let me into his car. I sat in the back seat, with Robin in the front left seat, while Batman was driving.

We eventually arrived at a large building. We walked inside and there was a lot of people, and a lot of colorful suits. Everyone turned to stare at me, I stepped back a bit and hid behind the closest person, who happened to be Batman. 

"Come on." Diana said and went down one of the many halls. We ended up in a cafeteria/restaurant like room. I looked around at all the selections of food, some signs saying they contained dairy, nuts, etc. Other labels also said they were vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. I didn't understand what they meant, but the food looked good either way. 

"I recommend this one." I turned to Robin, who was pointing to one of the dishes. 

"Thanks." I smiled at him. He just nodded and walked away. I watched as Superboy walked with him and seemed to be teasing him in some way.

It's been a couple weeks since I began doing hero with Diana, or Wonder Woman. I have yet to decide on a hero name since there already is a Wonder girl. 

I sat on a tree branch, watching the sun set. 

"What are you doing?" I looked down and below me was Robin, in a hoodie and jeans. 

"Watching the sun set, thinking on what to eat for dinner." I replied, hopping down and landing next to him.

"Do you miss it?" he asked me.

"Themyscira?" I asked in return and he nodded. "Of course I miss it. It's home. Though, I don't exactly have parents.. or siblings to return to. I spent my time training, hunting or just watching things." I said.

"I see." he replied.

"You don't have to force yourself to make conversation with me you know." I told him.

"What?" he asked me.

"Dia- I mean.. Wonder Woman mentioned that... you need companions your age.. and I've learned that to make companions one would have to get to know each other.. and make conversation." I tried to explain awkwardly.

"Well, yes. But that is not the reason why I want to talk with you." he told me.

"It isn't?" I asked.

"..I think you're interesting." he told me. "You came from Themyscira on your own through storms and who knows what else. Despite leaving home, you don't seem out of place. You're making great progress in learning the customs here, although your vocabulary is interesting." he smiled.

"Is my interesting vocabulary.. bad?" I asked.

"I like it." he said and then walked away. I watched him walk away and smiled to myself as the sun finally set.
