I stacked the completed paperwork and pressed a button on my phone. "Yes Mrs.Wayne?" My assistant Neil asked.

"Neil, can you go out and buy me some lunch?" I asked.

"Of course, the usual?" He asked.

"Yes, and buy something for Bruce as well." I said.

"Can do." He said.

"Thank you Neil." I answered.

It's been 5 years since Jason's death. In that time, Bruce got a new Robin, a boy named Tim Drake. After Jason, I decided to distance myself from Bruce's vigilante life, though that turned out to be impossible. Every night he comes home with new bruises and injuries. Every morning he has to make sure none of the injuries show so people won't ask questions at work. Tim is the same, and he sometimes has to skip school when his injuries are severe. I haven't talked to him much, and it isn't his fault. I just see Jason whenever I see him in uniform and I can't handle it. Sound lame honestly. I heard a knock on my door. "Come in." I said and focused back on my work.

"Mrs. Wayne. There's a boy here to see you." I looked up seeing it was one of the security guards.

"Send him in." I said knowing it was Tim.

A few minutes later, Tim walked in. He had his school bag, and his uniform jacket was tied around his waist. "Hi." He said awkwardly.

"Did you need something Tim?" I asked signing a paper.

"I was wondering, if you could tell me more about.. the Robin before me?" Tim asked.

"... And why is that?" I asked.

"I just want to know what he was like." Tim said knowing it was a sensitive topic for everyone. "I've heard bits and pieces from the others, but they all say the same thing. He was impulsive, spoke his mind, but a good person over all." he said.

I smiled. "That's Jason for you.." I mumbled and sighed looking at Tim. "What do you want to know?" I asked standing from my chair and walking over to him. I sat next to him on the couch that was in my office.

"Everything, if possible?" he asked.

I smiled and nodded. "Well, you know how Bruce found him?" I asked.

He shook his head. "He found Jason trying to steal the tires off the Bat mobile." I said.

"Seriously?" Tim asked and I nodded.

"After that, he was brought into the cave and began his training to become the new Robin. He was indeed impulsive, and he did speak his mind. He was also a good cook. In my opinion, some of his food was better than Alfred's, but you didn't hear it from me." I said and Tim smiled and nodded along.

The rest of the day, he asked me questions about Jason and I answered them all truthfully. I didn't even notice how late it was. "You should get going or you'll be late for patrol." I said standing up.

"Oh right!" Tim said and quickly grabbed his things. Before he left, he hugged me. I was surprised, but hugged him back. "Thank yo, for telling me about him." he said.

"No problem. And if you ever want to talk, I'll always be around." I said ruffling his hair.

He waved bye to me and ran out my office to get back to the manor.

"He's a good kid, right?" I turned seeing it was Nightwing.

"And what are you here for?" I asked as he walked in and clicked a button, so that the cameras don't catch him.

"Buisness." he smiled. "And cause I missed my mom." he said and I rolled my eyes.

"What business would you need with me?" I asked.

"It's a personal thing.." he said.

"Oh?" I asked and he reached into one of his pockets and pulled out a box. He gave it to me and I opened it to see a ring.

"I'm going to ask Babs to marry me." He said.

"It's beautiful." I said closing the box and giving it back to him.

"C-can you hold onto it for me?" He asked.

"Sure, but why?" I asked.

"I can't concentrate with it with me." he said.

"Alright, now shoo." I said pushing him to the balcony. "Be safe." I said and he waved and jumped off.

I rolled my eyes and put the box in my drawer and locked it.
