Meredith and Addison managed to get Alexandria a job at the hospital as an x-ray technician and she moved out 2 months later.

Addison and Meredith then lived happily ever after both staying surgeons for as long as they could and then enjoying retirement by travelling all over the world.

Zola became one of the best neurosurgeons got married to a world famous plastic surgeon called Benjamin.

Ellis became a cardio thoracic surgeon and Cristina was very proud. She went on to marry an account called Scarlett and they had 2 children together.

Bailey broke up with Henry although they remained friends and later found love with a nurse called James. Bailey became a general surgeon.

Henry stayed in Seattle for a his internship and residency before moving back to
La to take over Oceanside wellness and become their new ob/gyn and fetal surgeon. He worked alongside Charlotte Sam and violet. He never married but had a son called billy.
