"Thanks for everything, Cas." Hoseok said as the limo parked back home.

"Of course, Mr. Jung. And if I may be so bold, I much prefer Mr. Kim's company over Miss Boram's."

Hoseok sighed. "Me too, Cas. Me too."

They entered the house, and the boy was immediately confronted by his parents.

"Where have you been?" His mother demanded. "You left for two days without telling us anything!"

"Not to mention we needed Cassie's services here." His dad growled.

"Don't be mad at him, I made him drive me." Hoseok pleaded. "I'm sorry I left without any notice but-"

"Does this have something to do with that ex boyfriend?" His mom was suspicious. "Because he's gone and you have Boram now."

"You need to be making a good public appearance."

"There's a joint company party next weekend, you better not miss it."

"Don't be selfish, this relationship is for all of us."

"You're grounded, go to your room."

Hoseok didn't bother to argue with them, slamming his bedroom door shut behind him.

As much as he disagreed with his parents about his contractual relationship with Boram, he couldn't deny they were right about one thing.

Seokjin was definitely gone.

"Please Jungkook," he whispered, tears welling up. "Please fix everything."

Jungkook stepped out of the hotel, counting the money the three had scrounged up to buy some late night gas station dinner.

He headed down the dark sidewalk, mind buzzing with too many thoughts.

He thought he saw a dark figure suddenly dark behind a tree, but when he whipped his head around to look, the night was still.

After buying some snacks that were definitely going to give them all nausea, he started heading back.

He took the same path, and he felt like someone was watching him when he passed the trees.

He stopped and peered into the darkness, but only a few bushes rustled in the wind.

He frowned and hurried back to the room.
