Taehyung hurried into Gyodoso, ready to get some answers about the man he loved.

He had to go through security, where they made sure he wasn't carrying any weapons, and searched his bag, which slowed him down but then he was able to walk to the front desk.

"Hi, I'm Kim Taehyung, I spoke to you earlier on the phone."

The man behind the glass nodded. "Yeah, I remember."

Taehyung pulled out his notebook and clicked the pen. "So you said all Yoongi had to do was a pay a fine, and then he was good to go?"

The man sighed, getting off his chair to search the shelf behind him, where boxes and boxes of paperwork sat.

He found the one he was looking for and pulled out the file.

"Yeah, the court ordered him to pay five hundred dollars, and the day after his trial he was brought here on a criminal transportation bus. He paid the fine via check, and that was that."

"Can I see that?" Taehyung pointed with the pen to the file.

"No."

"Well, do you have any other records about him? Or know where he is now?"

"No."

Taehyung huffed at the lack of cooperation. "Okay, is there anything you can tell me that I don't already know?"

The guy thought a moment. "It was kind of weird...he arrived on a bus like all inmates do, but he didn't leave in one."

Taehyung perked up, pen ready. "What do you mean?"

"As he was walking out, I saw a black van stop him. A man and a woman in a suit intercepted him, and whatever they said to him, I guess he didn't like because he started struggling. A guard had to come over and subdue him, and that couple took him away in the van."

Taehyung stared, mouth open. "And you didn't stop them?!"

The man shrugged. "We get that all the time here- inmates being transported in vans."

"But Yoongi wasn't an inmate- he just paid the fine a minute before they took him!" Taehyung hissed.

The guy thought it over. "Oh yeah, didn't think about that."

Taehyung slammed his hand down on his notebook. "Who were those people in suits?"

"How am I supposed to know their names? I never saw their name tags."

"Well, did the van say anything on it?" Taehyung pressed.

"I think...S.K.M.A." The male shrugged.

Taehyung scribbled that down. "Last question, how did Yoongi seem when you interacted with him? Was he normal, business-like, childish, violent, sassy?"

"Not violent, but definitely cocky and arrogant." The man scoffed. "I wanted to punch him for riling up the inmates. He signed the check and was like "A small price to pay for my freedom.", something like that. And he put up a damn good fight against those suit people."

Taehyung knew exactly who was in charge of Yoongi's body and mind at the time.

"Thanks." He grabbed his notebook and hurried out of there.

Yoongi should have been free with the check paid, so who were those people with the black van, and why did they take him?

He quickly Googled the acronym the man recalled as he slid into his car, ready to tell everyone his findings.

S.K.M.A., also known as South Korea's Medical Asylum for the criminally insane, is a mental hospital known for its uniquely mentally ill patients and advancements in mental disorder research.
