What the fuck just happened!

I have no words.

My best friend of ten fucking years just ended our friendship because I tried to help her with the loss of her grandma.

Not only that, she broke up with her fucking boyfriend.

I get that she's going through shit but pushing us away like this-

Ughhhh!

And the fact that she said that I wasn't important to her.

I've been called a lot of things and pushed around a lot but her saying that has to be the most hurtful thing anyone has ever said to me.

Xander just dropped me off home and I'm currently standing by my front door debating if I should go in.

I mean there is no doubt that the school has called my parents telling them I wasn't there for fifth and sixth period.

I take a deep breath before opening the door.

I try to open it as quietly as possible but the stupid fucking door decides to squeak.

Curse you door!

"Ryan, in the kitchen...NOW!" I hear my mom's obnoxiously loud voice call from the kitchen.

"Okay!" I yell.

I whisper a quick prayer before making my way into the kitchen.

Both my parents are sitting there...with Jackson?

Shoot me.

"Uh...what's going on?" I ask nervously.

"Sit down." My dad says.

I quickly oblige and take the seat next to Jackson.

I feel fucking nauseous.

"Where the fuck were you?" My mom asks.

"Oh uh- Arya's grandma passed away so her boyfriend and I went to-"

"Bullshit! You fucking skipped school to go sleep with that boy!" She interrupts.

"What boy?"

"Show her Jackson." My dad says way too calmly.

"Gladly," Jackson smirks before placing a bunch of papers on the table.

What the-

They're all different pictures of Axton and me.

Some are of us laughing together, holding hands, kissing...

Shit.

"What's your excuse this time?" My mom says.

"Alright...yes, he's my boyfriend," I mumble.
