Samantha's point of view

"Why not?" I asked her back, as I faced her.

"No. I heard ms. Irene explain while biting her lips.

Nagu-guilty na ba siya? Deserve.

"There's nothing wrong with being nice to you po, ms. Irene. Kahit sa kabila nang pinapakita niyong ugali sa akin, I'll never lose my respect for you po, as my professor."

As my professor.

Treacherous love, right?

I am just her dumb and stupid student, and she's my classy wealthy perfect professor.

"Buti ka pa, you never lose your kindness and respect for everyone. I chose to be a person who has no feelings and doesn't care about the chaotic world."

Her head nodded in response.

"Care to share po ms. Irene, but it's okay if not. 'Cause I know that we didn't know each other to share some thoughts and problems naman po," I let out a soft chuckle to get rid the akwardness between us.

I heard she sigh before averting her gaze. "I'll not give the exact details since we're not close enough for you to know the problem in my life."

"I also don't want to cry in front of you, sucks!" She added which made me laugh quietly.

"Then don't ms. Irene,"

"My parents, my Dad." She took a deep breath first to continue her story. "I grew up without their support since then, cause they chose politics against me. Only from my siblings do I receive the support that I've been seeking since then from my parents, and who gives my parent's shortcomings to me.."

"Their opponents, whom I respect, they spoke ill of me."

Family, family is her problem. She needs attention and love from the people who are important to her.

Irene, I grew up in a happy family and was taught to respect everyone," I calmly uttered.

"Maybe we are not as rich as you, but they did not fail to care of me until I grew up po." I saw how she rolled her eyes at me making me smiled.

"I don't care about money, I want them to supply the love and attention I've been asking for 30 years."

Eyes can't lie.

"You said that our place is trash. And yes, it's a trash. But believe it or not po ms.
