Samantha's point of view
"HELLO, SINO BA 'TO?!" I asked with sleepy tone. I had a good night's sleep and then there was a disturbance calling at six in the morning.
"Good morning, ma'am Samantha! This is Mazda company. I just want to say that we've already delivered your car here in the parking lot." A manly voice told me. I was shocked because first of all I didn't buy a car, and most of all I couldn't afford that mazda car.
"Walang good sa morning ko kung umagang-umaga nangi-iscam kayo!" Bulyaw ko mula sa phone. Ang sarap sarap ng tulog ko, 'tapos ako pa napili nilang lokohin.
"I'm sorry ma'am Samantha, if we disturbed your sleep, but we're actually here in the parking lot of your building A, condominium." The man clarified to me calmly. I didn't really buy a car and how did they know my address? Wtf!
"Sir, hindi naman ho talaga ako bumili ng kotse, atsaka paano ako bibili eh wala nga akong trabaho at pera para diyan!"
"Ma'am, kung ako po sa'yo bumaba na lang kayo rito para mapagusapan natin ito ng malinawan." And he really had the audacity to order me down after he disturbed my sleep. This is torture!
"Bakit ako ba ikaw? Hindi, 'di ba? Kapal ng face mo kuya, ha! Baka nga may baril ka diyan pagkababa ko,"
"Hindi po kami nakikipagbiruan sa inyo ma'am, legit worker and staffs po kami galing sa Mazda Car Company," He clearly explained making me gulped. If they weren't scammer, I might just sell my body to pay for that car.
"Ito na bababa na."
After I hang up the call, I just washed my face and brushed my teeth. I also brought my pepper spray just in case. Mabagal pa rin akong maglakad ngayon dahil hindi pa masyadong magaling ang gitnang parte ko.
I changed presentable clothes, so I would look sober when I faced the man who disturbed my sleep.
"Kayo na po ba si Samantha Louise Mendoza?" The man asked me when I arrived at the parking lot. I swallowed my own saliva when I saw his big muscles and heard his deep voice. Mukhang hindi sapat ang pepper spray para sakan'ya.
"Hello? Kayo na po ba si ma'am Samantha?" He snapped his fingers in front of my face that caused me to come back to reality.
"Y-yes, ako na n-nga." I gripped the pepper spray tightly in the pocket of my pajama. Humanda ka sa akin kuya kapag kinidnap mo ako, sisiguraduhin ko na magiging adobo 'yang mga mata mo.
"Sumunod po kayo sa akin," I just followed him until we reached the white car. "So ito na po ang kotse niyo ma'am." As he pointed the white car in front of me. Jusko naman!
Nakuha niya pang ipaliwanag sa akin ang mga tungkol sa kotse na hindi ko naman maintindihan dahil ang mas inaalala ko ay ang ibabayad dito.
"Sir, hindi ho ba sabi ko na hindi ako bumili ng kotse. Ano naman ipapambayad ko diyan eh wala nga-"
"Hindi niyo na po kailangan barayan ma'am, dahil bayad na po 'yan. May mga kailangan lang po kayo pirmahan para maging ganap na sa'yo na talaga 'yang kotse na iyan." He clarified that made winced at what he said.
Sino ba ang tanga na ginawa ng nanay at tatay niya para bilhan ako ng kotse?
