"Wait a second, I thought that you said you weren't playing," Eddie said in confusion as he looked over at Adira, Mike and Dustin who were standing before him, all ready to play the game

"We spent ages trying to find a sub and when we couldn't find one, Adira decided to step up," Dustin said in excitement as he looked between Eddie and Adira

Eddie seemed to look the girl up and down, a smile building on his face, "well would you look at that, wasn't it only this morning when you were telling me that you wouldn't be joking a d and d club with us? That's real generous of you to step up huh?"

"Well I guess you can say that I'm a generous person Munson," Adira replied with a small grin and a shrug

"I guess you are," Eddie replied

One of the boys spoke up, obviously not happy with the idea that the girl was playing, "you can't seriously be considering letting her play Eddie, first of all, she has more than likely never played a game of D&D in her whole life, and second of all she's a girl. Even if she had played, she wouldn't be good. This is hellfire club, not babysitting club."

"Hey even though you look like a fucking thirty year old and have a bald spot the size of my tits, doesn't make you qualified to be a babysitter. You actually have to be mature and past the 'pick your nose' stage" Adira explained to him, giving him a sarcastic sorry look before snorting softly in laughter.

Everyone except him began to laugh, only seeming to anger him more as he walked towards her, "what's your level? Level 1 dwarf?"

"My name is demon slayer, and I'm a elf ranger, level 15. And I hit all my shots, I'll stand at any distance from any direction and slay any monster that Eddie throws my way. I'm I will smile as a taunt the fuck out of them, shooting different limbs one by one, making them die a slow, agonising death," Adira snapped as she looked at the boy

His mouth hung open as he, along with everyone else in the room stared at the girl in complete shock and awe

"Now are we gonna do this shit, or are we just gonna keep on standing around here Chit chatting, while you stand here in front of me with your fat ass nose, while you be a misogynistic asshole who is more than likely going nowhere in life except the liquor store, for liquor you won't even be able to afford," Adira growled at the boy

Dustin and Mike grinned widely at the girl before both raising their fists towards her and giving her a fist pump

"Well I think that about sums it all up," Eddie says with a happy grin as he walks over to her and sticks his hand out for her to shake, "welcome to hell fire club sweetheart." Adira looked at his hand for a few moments and then reached her own out and shook it

"Who woulda thought huh?" She asked him with a grin

"I told you that I could change your mind," he said with a wide grin and they made their way over to the table and all took their seats

"The hooded cultists chant, hail lord Vecna. Hail lord Vecna. They turn to you," Eddie tells them in a mysterious voice and brings his hands to his face and acts as if her were removing a hood from his head, "remove their hoods. You recognise most of them from Makbar. But there is one that you do not recognise. His skin shriveled, desiccated. And something else. He is not only missing his left arm," Eddie's voice slowly begins to get louder and louder as he ticks his right arm behind his back and stands up, leaning closer in towards them

"But his left eye!" Eddie exclaims as he covers his left eye with his left arm. Everyone around the table all begin to freak out. They couldn't believe it. He was supposed to be dead and this was bad news
