Adira rolled her eyes and let out a long sigh as Dustin continued to roughly bang his hand against the wooden door in front of them. None of the lights were on in the house and it looked like nobody had actually been there for a while, "C'mon Dustin, he isn't here, we are just going to have to look somewhere else okay?" Adira said with a sad sigh as she placed her hand on the boys shoulder

Dustin just ignored her and continued to knock on the door, not wanting to give up. "Okay. Well, thts settled. I guess he's not here," Steve said, clearly not in the mood to be out there. It was freezing cold and it was dark. They had went back to the Harrington house hold quickly so that Adira could have a shower and get changed. She was now wearing some jeans, a light blue shirt and Billy's denim jacket and no longer had the slight smell of body odour

Dustin knocked even louder before yelling out to him, "Eddie! its Dustin and Adira!" he called out, hoping that mentioning Adira would convince the boy to come out of hiding. Dustin had easily picked up on the fact that Eddie liked Adira, and he was hoping that maybe Adira might end up liking him too. It would be cool and then maybe she would officially join hellfire and they could all play D&D together more often.

"Oh well that's great," Steve muttered out sarcastically as Dustin continued to bang loudly on the door, letting all of Hawkins know that they were there. Steve was just swinging his torch around with a bored expression on his face. His eyes occasionally skimmed over to look at Adira to make sure that she was still there, then over to Dustin who was still knocking loudly on the door.

"Look we just want to talk okay?" Dustin called out to Eddie once more, trying to let him know that they were there to help him, not turn him over to the cops, "no cops I swear, we just want to help!" Dustin was sure that Eddie trusted him, but he knew that Eddie wouldn't trust Robin or Max, and especially not Steve.

Adira played with the hair tye on her wrist while humming softly, her eyes skimming over the woods constantly to make sure that nobody had followed them and that there wasn't something that was about to jump out at them.

Robin walked over to the window and looked through the blinds with her flashlight, looking around to see if she could see either Eddie or Rick anywhere, "shh," she muttered out to Dustin, her flashlight flicking all over the room as his yelling and knocking only seemed to get louder and louder

"Rick!" Dustin yelled out and spammed the doorbell a few times, still no answer, "Reefer Rick!" Dustin exclaimed, causing all of the teens to look at him with a glare, he clearly didn't know shit about drug dealers, because calling out his name, was just about one of the dumbest things to be doing right about now

"Dude, you cant yell that shit out, if Rick comes out now, he'll be coming out with a shot gun," Adira groaned in annoyance as she backed away from the house slightly with a long sigh, "besides, if you keep yelling then more people are going to hear and then probably call the cops, and then this whole thing would have been for nothing."

"Rick! Reefer Rick, are you in here!" Dustin continued to yell loudly. Adira ran her hand over her face with an annoyed huff, she was getting more and more frustrated as the seconds passed. She kicked the small rocks on the ground with her feet. She shivered slightly as the cool wind blew through her clothes

"Reefer Rick! Hello!" Dustin didn't care how annoyed they were getting, he just kept on yelling it out, "REEFER RICK!"

"He's not here. Just..." Steve was trying to get him to leave. He just wanted to get out of here already, he could be at home right now, watching TV and having some nice warm food. Or even better than that, he could be out with some girl right now... but instead he was out in the middle of the woods looking for someone who is a suspect in a murder.

"He could be really high," Adira explained, trying to find an explanation of why Rick wasn't coming to the door. Her eyes trailed over to where Max had been previously standing, wanting to make sure that she was still okay. Her heart beat instantly picked up when she noticed Max wasn't there, but a sigh of relief fell from her lips as she noticed the girl around the corner of the house with her flashlight pointing down in the direction of lovers lake.

Steve and Dustin bent down to look under the door while Adira went to make her way over to Maxine to make sure that she was okay. Steve heard her walking away and he quickly stood back up and looked over at her, concern all over his face, "hey hey hey, where are you going?" Steve instantly asked his sister, he didn't want her wandering off alone and did not plan on letting her out of his sight

"I'm just going down to check on Max," Adira said to her brother, giving him a small smile to let him know that it was alright. He seemed to hesitate before nodding his head, she wasn't going far and he was sure that she could look after herself. She turned back around and walked over to Max, "yo Maxie, you good?" she asked, chucking her arm around the red-haired girls shoulder

"Yeah, look at that," Maxine said and Adira looked over to where the flashlight was pointing and saw an old boat shed with the front light on above the door. Adira grinned slightly at the sight, shaking Max softly as if to say 'good job'

"Well that looks slightly promising," Adira commented, a small bit of hope returning as she craned her neck around to look back over at the others, "hey guys, over here, Max found a boat shed!" She unwrapped her arm from Max and took a few steps forwards towards the shed.

They instantly all stopped what they were doing and then made their way over to Maxine and Adira. They all stared at it for a few moments, contemplating on whether or not they should go down there. If Reefer Rick was really down there, they weren't actually sure that they really wanted to see him. Yeah they wanted to find Eddie, and they were going to do whatever it takes, but seeing a drug dealer who could potentially be dangerous wasn't exactly on their bucket list.

"Onward my minions, onward," Adira said in a funny voice and ushered them over to the shack but none of them wanted to move. They stood there as if their feet had been cemented firmly into the ground

"What if we like... die or something?" Steve muttered out as he looked over at the shack, "this Reefer Rick guy could have a gun or something."

"Goonies never say die," Adira quoted and started walking over to the shack by herself, knowing that they would end up following her anyways

"God, could you be any more of a nerd?" Steve muttered out to his sister with a sigh, earning a glare from Adira, Robin and Dustin. Steve ignored them and quickly walked forwards, catching up to his sister. He wasn't going to let her go in their first.

"Could you be any more of a loser?" Adira mimicked him and then stuck out her tongue. Steve pointed over at her with a glare

"Oh yeah? Well, could you be any more of a... uh..." Steve struggled as he tried to think of an inuslt, his eyebrows furrowing in concentration, earning a laugh from both Robin and Adira

"Alright children, save the bickering for later yeah?" Robin told the two of them, an amused smile on her face as she looked between the two siblings. Adira made it to the door first and knocked on it a few times

"Pizza! We got one order of pepperoni for a guy named noodle head!" Adira called out through the door, she waited for an answer, "Eddie? Are you in here?"

Inside, Eddie's ears perked up at the sound of Adira's voice and it was almost enough for him to jump out from his hiding place and go an unlock the door but he stopped himself. What if it was a trap? Chrissy was her best friend after all, and what if she thought that he had killed her. Eddie shuddered from the cold air as he stayed under the tarp, waiting to see what was going to happen next.

Were the cops about to burst in and arrest him, or was the girl that he liked about to come and rescue him, like some reverse fairytale bullshit?
