To start off this week's recap, we'd like to acknowledge the recent Minecraft Live event! 1.20 snapshots are coming (lol) within the next few days with so many features, and the community voted Sniffer got more than half of the votes!

We also want to wish both Ren and Bdubs happy birthdays! Quite fitting that the King and his right-hand man are both celebrating in such close proximity, no? Now that's not the only exciting thing, because you've all provided so much for us too!
Our first update of today is Fever Dream! A Hels-orientated oneshot by microwaving_snickers! Minding the warning at the beginning, this story follows a lonely Hels, who seems to have lost the concept of time. But then, he's given an unexpected visit!
As the title suggests, The Convex Theory by EmberDragon32 is the author's theories surrounding it not just in canon, but irl and how it could be brought back! For fellow Convex fans, definitely consider checking this whole thing out!
ButterFlies77Writes brings us the sixth chapter of The Shadow's Acid! It opens with Grian inspecting a... long-term sleeping hermit, shall we say, with Mumbo! Meanwhile, Xisuma is restless, and poor Bdubs isn't having a great time either. Tasty tasty angst awaits!
Fade is the name of the 23rd chapter of MeepMonstare's story Possessed! This chapter flashes through multiple hermits' perspectives, and even The Entity itself! Keep in mind the content warnings so you don't end up reading something that makes you uncomfortable! :)
Not necessarily a writing update, but we had to include FOURamRadi0 this week because they updated their artbook! With a different art style than their usual, they presented us with a wonderful piece of fan art of Tango! :D
TheMaskEd-0ne has compiled multiple short stories surrounding Grian and Scar in the latest chapter of their book Hermitcraft Stuff n' things! - Exy! From angst to domestic fluff to pining, they've covered it all!
Vexed Hearts is an au story by XandeaTheWatcher that has been updated with the fifth chapter, Entirely Accidental this week! While Scar's father scolds him for not choosing a girl to dance with, Stress helps Cub by getting him a chance to ask the visiting engineer if he can help with the redstone!
CloudWriterGrey updated their oneshots book with some Zedbeef fluff! Long distance relationships can be tough, but meeting up becomes all the sweeter, and these two prove that in Home With You! Not even the rain can dampen their spirits, pun intended! ;D
I Know I Just Met You But You're Clouding All My Dreams is the long title of EminenceGhost's latest bdoc oneshot! When two strangers meet at a concert, they click more than either anticipated! Who knows where the night will take them if they have the right amount of confidence?
Moving onto the announcements for this week, before anything else we'd like to wish CallMeSausage a heartfelt goodbye. They're made the decision to quit for good, only returning if they feel like writing again. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!
Coltssfoot would like y'all to know not to worry and that they're continuing their book Horizon— they just need to rethink the storyline!
