Chapter 120 - Samyukta's Fear Came True

Shay's hand shook and her eyes held fear. She didn't know what she has done but her mind was only screaming that Samarth was in danger and his enemy about to stab him from behind. Instantly her eyes widened and then she screamed.

"Ahhh....."

She moved back few steps away and looked at the man whom she stabbed fell on the ground with thud. His eyes were wide, it was like he was not also expecting her to kill him like this. Whatever happened was unexpected and not only the three but even those bandits were shocked. Fighting was for man. Woman's duty is different, they serves in the house and took care of it. Though there are few in the royal court which interfere but no one has seen a woman to kill like this.

Samarth quickly moved towards Shay "are you okay?" He asked with concern.

Shay couldn't help but trembled. She killed a man. She really killed someone. She is like murderer now. How did she killed someone like this? She couldn't believe her own action. Samarth shook her body making her look at him.

"Nothing happened okay. Everything is fine" he tried to console her. Her horrifying look was something making him worried. Shay was a timid and gentle girl of indoor. If it was Nandini then he could be less shocked but for Shay to commit such act, it was hell shocking. He just wanted to make sure she is fine after her own mindless act. But inside he was happy and excited. She killed his enemy for him. He really don't regret choosing her as his wife, his future Samragyee.

"I.....I killed....I....." Shay stammered not knowing what to say. Looking at her bravery and her timid nature at the same time Samarth would have laugh out if the situation was better. He couldn't help but shook his head.

"What are you all looking at. Kill them" the leader of bandits shouted pointing at them.

Samarth 's face turned serious and pushed Shay behind him. On the sude Manik looked at the situation and glanced towards Nandini who was still in shock.

"Your sister rebellious"

Nandini glared at him "finish the work first your highness or our heads will be rolling on the ground while you tease"

He smirked "you should be little gentle my love" then he charged towards Samarth.

Samarth pushed Shay towards Nandini and started to fight with the bandits with Manik and their guards. They covered Shay and Nandini behind. Nandini rubbed Shay's shoulder trying to sooth her tensed body.

"Are you okay elder sister?"

"I killed a man. I am a murderer" Shay said.

"You are not" Nandini shook her head. "You are thinking too much sister. You have done a good job today, you saved the Yuvraj "

"But I killed-"

"You only saved" Nandini cut her words changing it to another point. "they would have killed us if we don't kill him. It's not a muder but saving oneself so you are not murderer but a saviour. Yuvraj will be happy to see you this string" Nandini encouraged her. She knew Shay always stayed indoor and have a good gentle heart who could never harm anyone. But today she did beyond her expectations but it was moment of action which Shay did without thinking much.

"I..."

"Elder sister you are thinking too much. Don't pressure yourself unnecessarily"

Soon the fight stopped with the dead bodies of bandits splashed on the ground with blood spilling everywhere. The gurads grabbed the dead bodies and threw it in the bushes to clear the road. Samarth and Manik cleaned their hands and changed their cloths which was ruined. In the mean time Shay also cleaned herself and changed into a new cloth. The carriages was set up and they are ready for the journey again.
