Virion Leywin (Clone 1)

It was the next day, I hadn't seen Arthur yet, but I spent a decent amount with Sylvie, she actually slept in my room last night. She told me that when she spoke to Arthur about staying with me, and not him, that he was slightly upset, not at me, but that she was choosing to sleep with me and not in his room.

To be honest, if she sleeps in her human form, it would be weird for her to sleep with Arthur. Sylvie left to get us food, a maid came by and said that they were serving fresh meat slices for breakfast, which I found to be a weird meal, but it is not like I am eating to stuff my stomach. I only eat to make it seem like I am real, that is the only reason why.

I was dressed, ready to start my day, I had to meet with Elder Virion about some things, I met everyone that was training Arthur, I ran in to them while I was walking back to my room yesterday from the kitchen, they were all nice people, not that strong, but nice.

I heard someone knock on the door, thinking it was Sylvie, I shouted. "Sylvie, there is no need to knock." The door opened, and standing there, was my brother. "Arthur?" I said questioningly, wondering if he was still mad at me.

"Veer, can we talk?" He walked into the room, made his way to my bed, and sat down next to me. "I shouldn't have gotten mad at you, I know you love Sylvie, and I know that I would have done the same thing with Tessia if I came across a Scythe, so I apologize for yelling at you."

"Arthur, there is no need to apologize." I waved him off. "You're right, I should not have done that, it could have led to my death, and I should start thinking things through." I was in deep shit right now, clones in Elshire, the real me in Alacrya, it is hard getting everything to go the way I want.

"It's good to hear you aren't mad at me." Arthur said, and then he sent me a smile. "Now, what are we doing about the wall, and also, isn't the attack on the Elven Kingdom at the same time?" Arthur asked, and I nodded. "Do you have a plan?"

"I'll handle the Elven Kingdom; all you have to do is take out the horde at the wall." I told him, having a plan set up for the army heading towards Zestier. "You have to make sure that you stay at the wall though when you go."

"I know." Arthur said, both of us picturing our father dying, knowing that was the outcome in the novel. "Well, at least mom and dad won't be at the wall, we don't have to worry about them at all."

"I also am watching them with a clone." I told him. "You should know, and there is no changing this, Tessia will be in Zestier." Arthur didn't react, but I could tell he knew already. "Of course, we won't be fighting at Zestier, so I don't know what will happen, but Arthur, you have my word, I'll protect her."

"Thanks, Veer." Arthur said with a smile. "Are you alright? You do seem a little different." He examined me, trying to see if I was okay or not. "Sylvie thought so too, so there has to be something."

"I am fine, Arthur." I told him. "Don't worry about me, let's just focus on the mission."

He stared, then went on. "How many clones do you currently have out there in the field?" He wanted to know how far my range reached throughout Dicathen, this caused me to smirk a little, knowing what I did. "What?"

"Nothing, but over my time out there, I have twenty white core clones in total." Nineteen in the field, I was one of them. We had more, but that Scythe killed three or four in a matter of seconds, she sliced them into pieces. "Seven are in Elshire, and the rest spread out doing certain things for me."

"Alright." Arthur nodded his head. "I have a training session to get to, I'm just happy you aren't mad at me." He stood up, rubbed my head, and said. "I love you, Veer, you know that, right?" That was something my brother didn't say to me often, was there something wrong?
