(One Week Later)Sylvie Indrath
Arthur, Veer, and I were standing on the top of the Wall staring at the incoming horde, four hours out, they were early, but we knew that was going to happen, Veer told us, so it was time. "Veer, is everything set in Zestier?" Arthur asked from my side.
"Yes, everyone is ready there, their army is close as well, but it's different, I think because I was defending the Elshire Forest for a decent amount of time, the timing is now off." Veer told Arthur, then continued. "I think the Wall attack is going to happen sooner than the Zestier one, however, it won't be to off, maybe an hour in difference."
"That's not a big deal." Arthur said, and then a guard came walking over to us, no one knew Veer was here, he was hiding himself the entire time, and even now, he had his cloak over his head.
"General Arthur, Lady Sylvie, Captain Flamesworth is waiting for you in his tent, he asked me to fetch you." The guard told us, and Arthur looked over the wall.
"Alright, we'll be right there, you can leave us, we'll take the short cut." Arthur told the guard, and he left us alone, making his way back down the Wall, then Arthur looked to Veer and me. "Let's go, unless you still plan on hiding."
"Go on ahead, I'll be listening, but you should know if he says anything to piss me off, I'm coming in." Veer told us, and Arthur smiled, nodded, then jumped off the top of the Wall, and flew down to the bottom.
"Behave yourself." I told him as I followed quickly behind Arthur, and we landed on the ground gently after about a minute of gliding, right in front of Trodius's tent, or the meeting tent, it really wasn't his.
We stepped inside, and as we did, they all stood up, and bowed to us. "General, Lady." Albanth said, greeting us. "Are you two ready for what is to come?"
"We are." Arthur answered, and we took the two seats that were open. "Is everything prepared? If we have too, the wall should kill the rest if we can't do it." With Veer's help, he thinks that we can kill the whole horde ourselves.
"It is, if we decide to use it." Trodius spoke up, he didn't like the plan one single bit, but we knew why, it's just we couldn't do anything about it. "Albanth, the adventurers are on standby, correct?"
"T-they are." He answered Trodius.
"General Arthur, are you positive about going out there alone, just with Lady Sylvie?" Trodius asked him, and Arthur looked at me, then looked back.
"Yes, we can handle ourselves out there." Arthur told him, then spoke to me internally. 'I still don't know if he plans on using our plan, or his own, I feel like I should pull rank right now, and say we are, if we don't, a lot of soldiers are going to die, and I know they won't be my father, but they are fathers to other children."
'I know what you mean but let him choose his fate.' I told Arthur, then went on. 'You know what will happen if he doesn't do our plan, Veer might end him, and you know that.'
'Yeah, that will be a very serious crime though.' Arthur said, turning back to Trodius. "If everything is set, we will head out there and start, the sooner the better." Arthur paused, then said. "Make sure the ground troops leave when we do, the sooner they get into position, the more relaxed they will be during the battle."
"I know the plan, General, just make sure to come back in one piece." Trodius told Arthur, and if you didn't know him, you would have thought he was being very nice to him.
"So, everything is set? We are good to go?" Arthur asked, making sure
"I think everything is." Trodius said. "I wish you good luck, and I hope you do as you say."
