Virion Leywin

I was in my cell alone, not tied up, not shackled down, I was just lying on the floor motionless, only wearing shorts. I don't know how long it has been, but I have barely slept, the pain was too much, it made it hard to fall asleep.

My wounds were still open, some were healing slowly, but every time I moved it hurt. I knew it was the morning, because that was when a soldier of some sorts walked along the cells and threw in a piece of bread; however, I was not given one, they fed me every other day for some reason.

He only glared at me as he walked by, I ignored it, not being able to move that much. My hair tie was no longer in my hair, but around my arm, it fell off when Dianco was drenching me in water, but they left it in here, so I placed it around my arm instead, they didn't seem to care.

I heard some more footsteps, and the next person to greet me this morning was a surprising one. I slowly made my way to my knees, feeling the pain all over as I did, and I spoke first as they stood in front of the cell bars, staring at me. "Nico, how are you on this beautiful sunny day?" I said with sarcasm, there was no light in here.

"Virion, just give up already, you are just making it harder on yourself." He told me as I looked up to him through the cell bars. "Agrona gets everything he wants, and if he wants to control you, and make it so you are his personal weapon, he will do just that."

"Oh, really?" I asked, spitting up some blood. "I don't see why he needs me to be honest, I am weaker than the Scythes, not you, you are weak, it doesn't make any sense." He didn't respond to me, he just stared as I spoke.

"Not that kind of weapon." He said, and I looked at him with a confused face, well, as much as I could change my emotions on my face, it was hard. "He believes you have the capabilities to create Asuras." If they could, my eyes would have widened, but it hurt when they did, so I kept them still. "You heard me, he believes, with your blood magic, you have the ability to create, and give humans asuran blood, making them an Asura."

"I can't do that, what an idiot." I remarked. "I tried it once already, it didn't work, the blood didn't combine correctly, and the soldier ended up dead." I told him the truth, it wasn't going to hurt anyone, the guy was already dead.

"That may be the case, but you haven't had the guidance of Agrona to help you." Nico was trying to get me to help Agrona, what a lap dog he is. "There is something else he believes you can do, but I think I'll keep that to myself."

"You do that man." I told him. "I will never take this blood shield down, Agrona will not have control over my brain, he will not turn me against the people I love." I paused, gathering myself, then continued to speak. "Would Cecillia really want this?"

A black spike entered my right leg, causing me to squint in pain as I sat there on my knees. "Don't say her name, no one related to Grey should ever be able to say it." He was now holding the cell bars, his head against them, glaring angrily at me. "What would you know about her? You are just a child, gifted powers because you are related to Grey."

"If all you are going to do is be annoying, just leave already, goddamn." I said as the black spike left my leg, but blood was running down onto the ground, forming a puddle beneath me, luckily, it wasn't a big spike, maybe half an inch, so it barely left a mark. Nico didn't leave, so I asked him something personal again. "I won't say her name, but I have to know, you think killing over a thousand people will make her happy if she comes back?"

He stared, then responded. "When she comes back, I don't think she will care." I slightly shook my head, and Nico continued to speak. "You don't know anything about her, you child, if I could, I would kill you and make Grey suffer, you are so lucky."
