"What are you doing here, Cadell?" I snapped my head inside of the Etistin palace, looking at the Dragon Slayer himself, the shadow, he was just standing there, looking at me with disgust. I had no injuries, I was fine, but I knew this day would come eventually.

"You know why I am here." Cadell told me, stepping out of the shadows further, eyeing me up. I felt the mana in the room come to both of us. "You have failed Agrona. He picked the wrong person to lead this continent as we introduce the law of the Vritras here."

I looked at him, the Scythe was just eyeing me up calmly, I relaxed, knowing he wasn't here to attack me, because if he was, we would have been fighting already. "What? He should have picked you, the one who has failed in capturing the Devil, not once, but twice?"

"Watch yourself." He told me as we stood four yards apart. "At least I wasn't embarrassed in front of two continents, how could you not know that the Lance was a clone?" I stood straight up, eyeing him up. "Agrona has forgiven you, knowing that the brat is clever, but he expects something in return for his forgiveness."

"Whatever he wants, he'll have." I said, waiting to hear what my orders are. "I'll do whatever he wants, it doesn't matter what, just let me know how I can repay him, Cadell." I paused, then smirked a little. "How did you repay him?"

He was silent, but then the virgin spoke. "I don't have to repay him; I didn't get embarrassed like you did." He scolded me, speaking with such authority, I was a Scythe too, he had no right, I could kill him as much as he could kill me. "You have one job, deal a blow to the Dicatheon, don't just take their rights away, take the hope they had returned back to them away."

"And how do you suspect me to do that?" I asked him, then smirked as I thought of something. "Haha, never mind, I know what I'll do, I am going to kill a Lance like we originally planned, but I will string them up in the middle of Etistin for everyone to see, then broadcast their corpse to all the citizens."

"That'll work." Cadell said, his voice emotionless like mine. "Viessa, don't fail Agrona again, if you do, next time, I won't be here to just simply talk, it'll be your execution, not a Lances on broadcast."

"Tch, if you think you could kill me so easily, Cadell, you are mistaken." I said as I turned away from him and he left the room, vanishing within the shadow. I picked up some papers on the desk, these things were meaningless to me, uhh. "Skier!" I shouted, and the man came running in, sweat running down his face.

"Scythe Viessa." He said, bowing to me, the brown haired soldier who was as skinny as me, looked at me with fear in his eyes the entire time, a lovely sight to me, I loved it. "W-what can I do for you?"

I stepped closer to him, causing him to shiver in his shoes. "Skier, is there any word of where the Lances are hiding?" I raised my hand and laid in on his shoulder, my dark eyes staring into his soul as he gulped. "We need to take action on them before they do anything like that little stunt they did again."

"N-no, there is no word on their location." He said, closing his eyes as I started caressing his face. "I-I am sorry, I'll try better, I'll find them." I continued to caress his face, then in a second, I had him pinned to the wall, holding him up off the ground by his neck. "Ahh!" He gasped for air as I did it.

I held him up there for a little, then slowly lowered him, letting him gather air as I spoke to him. "Skier, I don't want to replace you, I like you, but your fucking spies are doing nothing for me!" I pinned him harder again, his eyes weren't looking at me, they were closed in fear. "If you don't have any information for me in two months, I will slaughter your entire blood line, is that clear?"
