"I love Christmas more than anything," you said with no hesitation.

"What?" he said shocked, "Even more than me?"

You stared at him, thinking seriously about his question.

"You can't possibly be serious right now," he reasoned. "I'm your fiancé!"

You nodded at his point, "But all the joy and love that comes with Christmas..."

"What about all the joy and love that comes with me?"

You thought about his comment for a moment causing him to gasp as he stared at you, eliciting a laugh from you. He pouted looking at you as he shoved you gently, knocking you off balance as you sat on the couch looking through Amazon for gifts. The two of them had been browsing for ideas on what to get some of your friends, so far no progress had been made. Not that it mattered, there was still plenty of time....well, some time before you had to have them in your possession in order to give them.

"I can't believe this," he whined out crossing his arms in mock anger. "The holidays have better standing with my fiancé than I do."

"You're always my favorite," you reassured, sitting up and leaning on his shoulder, kissing his cheek. "After Christmas shopping."
