Chapter 50...I'll wait for you Jade

Perrie POV

"Shit! Am I doing it right?" I questioned myself as my sweaty hands strummed the guitar.
The lights were already turned on but still she hasn't opened her window yet causing me to become extremely nervous.
"What if she won't open it?" My thoughts interrupted once again, so I did my best to ignore it.

My voice came out a bit shaky during the first line.

Jade's still not opening her window, I just hope she recognizes my voice. I think I'm gonna cry if she doesn't.

Then after I sang those lines, I heard the window lock click making me smile and my heartbeat to speed up even more faster, but in a good way though.

Then there stood Jade, looking beautiful as ever. She was smiling, I just hope she likes my song.

I swore I heard Jade giggle, and it was the cutest sound ever, I would love to listen to it all day.

Finally all my worries were completely washed away, all because of Jade. Everything about her makes me so happy and in love, now I'm pouring my heart out in this song.

My eyes started to water, all because of this mixed emotions that I'm feeling right now.
Then it came to the last line of the song causing her to laugh.

"Yay!" Jade cheered as well as clapped her hands after I finished the song, so I did a little curtsy.

"Perrie that was amazing!" Jade said smiling widely.
"Thanks, I'm glad you like it!" I answered shyly.
"What?! Are you kidding, I love it!" She complimented once more causing my cheeks to turn red.
"Well it was all for you Jade!" I said and this time it was her turn to blush.
"Thank you! It was wonderful, really wonderful!" She answered.

Then it came down to the point that I've been waiting to ask.
" So uhhm, Jade." I started as I cleared my throat.
"What is it Perrie?" She asked with a calm voice.
"Well, do you maybe want...to..go out..with me!" I said stuttering causing me to mentally face palm myself.
"Uh, what was that? I didn't hear you." She said with her eyebrows slightly knitted.
"Do..you..w-want to go..o-out?" I said still stuttering.
"Damn it Edwards! You sound so lame right now!" I scolded myself.
"Uh, sorry Perrie, I mean, I can't hear you really." She said while laughing.
"I think I should go outside, just hang on a sec." Jade said as her back started to face me.

I cleared my throat once more and swallowed hard to get rid of the lump that's been causing me to sound so silly
"WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO OUT ON A DATE WITH  ME?!" There! I finally said it! But sounded more like a yell.

Then I heard rushed footsteps coming back from the window.
"What?" Jade asked sounding surprised.
"Oops, sorry about that, I'm totally embarrasing myself right now-" I tried to explain with an awkward smile plastered on my face.
"Wait, are you asking me out?" Jade questioned as her head peered through the window.

"Uhh..Yes!" I confirmed.
Then there was an awkward silence for a moment, and with that look on her face, I think she's not so happy about it.
Oh no! What did I do wrong? I asked myself. My heart felt like shattering.

"Sooo...what do say?" I asked breaking the silence.
Jade took a deep breath and looked at me.
Oh no please, don't, this can't be happening. I don't think she's ready. She doesn't seem so happy about it. I knew this was a bad idea.

"W-well, if you're not ready yet it's completely fine with me Jade. I understand...r-really." I said to her trying to sound okay.
"No..uhmm, Perrie it's just that."  Jade said then she paused for a second.
"No really, it's okay! I can wait." I assured her while forcing to smile, just so she won't feel bad for herself.
"Perrie,no...uhh..I'll just go outside and talk to you."  Jade said before turning her back once more.

I took a deep breath and exhaled heavily.
"I'll wait for you Jade." I mumbled.
