Hey, I'm Jaz. I'm gay (attracted to girls). I'm out to most of my friends and my sister. They've all accepted me and been awesome about it. I plan to tell my other siblings soon.

After questioning my sexuality for years, I realised i liked girls. I came out as bisexual. Then, i realised that i didn't want to date guys. I was so so scared to come out as gay, because i thought that I wouldn't be taken seriously. It went great. Luckily, I only told a few people about being bi.

My internet best friend was my first girl crush. Let's call her 'N'. She helped me with so so much and was always there for me (she still is). Two weeks ago, I asked her out, explaining my feelings fully and reassuring her it was okay if she didn't feel the same way. N responded telling me she felt exactly the same! We're in a relationship now!

All of our friends are really happy for us and are fully supportive. My next milestone is tell my parents, siblings and other assorted family members.

For people deep in the closet, it does get better

Support can be found in most unlikely places.
