Taehyung

I didn't want to leave her.

Why did I have to receive that text message, when everything was.. perfect? The look on her face - the way her smile dropped.. I couldn't help but feel more guilty. I continued to stare at myself in the mirror.

From my reflection, my gaze landed on the bracelet Suyung gave me. I treasured it so much, and it always reminded me of her. And looking at it, my heart couldn't help but ache.

I know I wasn't always this mature. But with the endless things that happened, I couldn't help but be. I pursed my lips and walked out of the house.

4:32PM

It was my birthday.

It was the first time I felt down on my birthday. I tried to cheer myself up by thinking that everyone would be there, but her.. and I guess that was fine. After all, I'm not an all or nothing person, and I had to understand.

I couldn't just wait, though. I was going to talk to her. I needed to make things clear. I didn't need to walk out on her. I felt so bad. It wasn't me. Another feeling swarmed into my heart, and I couldn't fight the urge to do it.

I didn't know I would fall in love so easily.

Yes, I was a social person to start with. I loved making new friends, but the fact that my mom and dad never had a nice relationship - I didn't believe in romance. Or, that I would be involved in it, anyways.

But she was just so charming.. at least to me. She made me feel.. happy. Wanted. She was someone I got to open up to.

I knocked on the door of Jungkook's hospital room, before walking inside. As expected, everyone was there except for Suyung.

As I made my way over to them, they all started singing happy birthday, making their way over, a cake in Jimin's hands. I couldn't help but smile as they insisted me to blow the candle.

"Tell us your wish!" Jaehee perked up.

"No! Don't do it." Jungkook butted in. "His wish wouldn't come true if he said it out loud."

"Yes." I grinned. "I'll just keep it to myself then."

I wished plenty of things. For all of us to always be together, for Suyung to be happy, for me to achieve my dreams..

On the table, I noticed some of my favourite food, making me grin even wider. "Wah! You actually brought me japchae? And chicken!" I said, as Seokjin motioned to what he 'cooked' for me.

"You have me to thank for all of this!" he said proudly.

"Aish, thank you, hyung." I playfully winked at him, and he gave me a side hug, ruffling my hair.

"I'm exempted from the gift-giving, right?" Jungkook spoke up from his bed. "I'm an injured boy. I don't have anything to give you."

"Give me your muscles. Now." I said, making my way over to him and lightly pulling on his arm.

"Taehyung, his arm might get sore!" Hobi scolded, shooing me. I laughed. He reminded me of a mother. With all his nagging and protectiveness.

"Speaking about gift-giving," Namjoon started. "Happy birthday, Taehyung." he handed me a paper bag. I thanked him and looked into it, cracking a smile.

"Is this what I think it is, hyung?" I was getting excited.

Jaehee gasped, "What is it?"

"Gucci!" Jimin clapped his hands as I pulled out gucci sweater. Okay, maybe I was lowkey addicted to gucci. My brother would always send me those kinds of clothes, so you can't blame me.
