Mal's POV
"GO AWAY! GO AWAY!" I hear Ev yell and I open my eyes and notice it's still dark outside. It's 3 am "LEAVE ME ALONE!" I got up from my bed walking towards hers.
"Ev.. Ev wake up it's just a dream" I slightly shake her and she jolts up "Hey I'm right here it's okay"
"I-I"
"It's okay breathe I'm right here it was just a bad dream don't worry" I say as I rub her back and she hides her head in my chest "Do you want me to get Christen?"
"Please" she says and I nod
"Okay I'll be back" I say and kiss the top of her head. So I walk over to Christen's room and knock.
"Mal? What are you doing it's three in the morning" Chris says as she squints her eyes due to the light
"Evelyn needs you she had a really bad dream from what I know" I say and yawn
"Okay come on let's go" Chris says yawning and I nod "How bad?"
"She was yelling" I say as I open the door
"Baby?" Chris says as she enters the room
"Mom?" Ev pokes her head out from under the blankets like a little kid which melts my heart
"It's me I'm right here" Chris says laying on Evelyn's bed
"It was a nightmare it was bad" Ev says and she lays her head on Christen's stomach
"Do you need some water?" I ask
"Please" She says and I nod grabbing a water bottle from our fridge and hand it to her
"Thanks Mal" she says and I smile
"What was the dream about?" Chris asks
"My parents they came back to yell but this time they had a gun why would they have gun" Ev says and my blood boils
"It's okay don't worry they won't do anything to you you're safe" Chris says as she runs her fingers through Evelyn's hair "You're sweaty take off your shirt baby you were sweating so much because of the dream"
"I don't have another shirt they're all dirty" Ev says and I mentally smile. This is your time to shine Mallory Diane Pugh.
"I have a shirt you can borrow" I say and Chris looks at me with a small smirk
"Um yeah I'd appreciate it Mal" Ev says and I nod going to my drawer and pulling out my shirt that has 'Pugh' and '2' on the back. And Kelley said do anything! Well Kelley take this!
"Here you go" I say handing my shirt to Ev
"Thanks Mal" Ev says and she slips her shirt off and slipping on my shirt
"You look good in my shirt" I say smiling
"It's comfy do you have any sweats?" She asks. Well dang isn't it my lucky night? Morning? Early morning? Whatever. I'm making a move! Let's be real this isn't a move. "Mal?"
"Oh yeah I have some sweats you can borrow" I say grabbing my grey sweatpants "Here you go"
"Thanks again Mal" she says and stands up so she can put my sweats on. But I frown "What's wrong?"
"You look better than I do, when I wear that together I usually look homeless but you look cute" I say
"Um thanks" she says and goes back to laying on the bed
"Alright I think it's best if we all go to sleep" Christen says and I nod
"Are you staying here with me?" Ev ask Chris
"Do you want me to?"
"Please"
"Okay. Goodnight Mal"
"Goodnight"
Evelyn's POV
"Morning baby E how you doing?" Tobin asks me but I yawn
"I had a bad dream last night" I say
"I'm sorry baby E come on I'll carry you downstairs"
"Thanks Tobin"
Tobin and I got downstairs but when she placed me on the floor everyone looked at me.
"What?" I ask to everyone
"Are those Mal's clothes?" Ash asks me
"Yeah why?" I ask
"Why do you have her clothes on?"
"I had a bad dream last night and I was sweaty but all my clothes are dirty so Mal offered" I say shrugging as I grab myself a plate of oatmeal and a banana
"Mhm okay"
"What's that supposed to mean? What's going on? What don't I know?" I say in panick
"Nothing Evelyn we're all just wondering"
"Oh okay" I say as I sit down next to Christen "I'm tired"
"I know you are but we have practice then tomorrow we have a day off" Chris says and I smile
"Thank god because I'm exhausted" I yawn
"Morning everyone!" Mal yells out
"Why are you so happy today? Are you sick?" Kelley asks Mal and I laugh
"I'm fine I'm just in a good mood" she says grabbing herself some food and sitting next to me "Hi Ev"
"Hi Mal"
"How are you feeling?"
"I'm good thanks also sorry for waking you up this morning I didn't mean to"
"It's okay don't worry about it" she said grabbing my face and kissing my cheek and I furrow my eyebrows
"What was that for?" I ask and I see her eyes widen
"I-uh I you know I just love you so much!" She said smiling widely
"Um okay?" I say and turn around to face Chris. Weird.
"Alright everyone we leave in fifteen!"
"I work three jobs! THREE! Plus going to practice and I'm never tired but suddenly I have a nightmare and my body decides to give up" I huff crossing my arms
"Come on baby E we're going to the bus now so you can take a nap" Ash says and I nod
"Ashlyn don't hurt my baby!" Chris yells and I laugh
"She's seventeen and she has muscle if anything she'll hurt me!" Ash yells and I pout
"A BABY ASH! DON'T HURT HER!" Chris yells
"Yeah don't hurt me Ash" I say smirking
"You little shit!" Ash yells and I run away from her
"Ash no! I'm sorry!" I yell as I continue to run away from her
"Gotcha!" She yells as she grabs me
"Ugh fine you got me" I say
"Good now let's get to the bus so you can take a short nap" Ash says and I nod
