Chapter 72

Mal's POV

"Hi" I say and she gives me a sleepy smile

"Morning" she says and stretches

"I missed this" I whisper as I lay my hand on her stomach and give her a kiss on the cheek

"My stomach?" She asks and I giggle

"Yes but no, I missed you"

"I missed you too" she says as she pulls me into her and kisses my head

"You smell so good, I'm stealing any hoodie you brought"

"Hasn't even been twenty four hours and you're already stealing my clothes" Ev groans and I giggle

"Your clothes are comfy mine aren't"

"Then buy comfy clothes, it's not that hard Mal"

I pull the blankets off us and I straddle her and put my hands on her cheeks. She placed her hands on my thighs as I continued to look at the beauty in front of me.

"You okay?" Ev asks me as she runs her hand up and down my thigh

"I love you so much" I whisper as I lean down to kiss her

"I love your eyes, I love everything there is about you"

"You know what I love the most about you?" I ask and she smiles

"My abs? My tattoos?" She asks and I giggle and shake my head

"I like that but no that's not what I love the most about you, although your tattoos definitely come in top three" I say and she laughs

"So then what is it?"

"Your big heart" I say placing my hand over her heart.

She smiled and sat up still pulling me into her so I could continue to sit on her lap. Her hands were now cupping my face.

"I never stopped loving you" she said stroking her thumb on my cheek

"Neither did I" I say and she leans in for a kiss which I gladly accept

"You're so pretty" she coos as she kisses my forehead

"We should get back down it's breakfast and there's practice"

"Kick butt in practice for me?"

"Anything for you" I whisper and she laughs

"Already so whipped"

"For you always"

Evelyn's POV

Mal and I walked downstairs hand in hand.

The moment we walked into the room, well you have an idea.

"It worked?!" Rose yells in disbelief. Her eyes wide

"What is she talking about?" I whisper to Mal

"Oh nothing" she says and kisses my cheek

"PAY UP BITCHES!" Ash yells and now I'm the one in disbelief

"You guys bet on this!" I yell and they all stopped and looked at us and shrugged

"Yeah" they all say in unison

"Sooo this?" Mom asks and I smile

"Happier than ever" I say putting my arm around Mal

"I promise I won't hurt her um again" Mal says

"Don't promise me, promise her" mom says and walks away

"I promi-"

"You don't have to promise anything, I trust you" I whisper and peck her lips
