Evelyn's POV

"Does this look nice? Please tell me it looks nice" I plead at Sam and Abby

"You my little one need to calm down and breathe, you look good" Becky says

"You're frustrated because of yesterday aren't you?" Sam asks and I shrug

"Okay so I might've been wrong, Vlatko isn't as smart as I thought" Becky says and I laugh lightly

"Doesn't matter, I just need to work harder to get time on the field. I can't just sit around waiting for him to magically say I can play without doing any work" I say as I zip up my pants

"Oh wise one teach me"

"Sonny what the hell are you doing here?" I ask

"I don't know I forgo- OH! Mal wanted to know if you're ready"

"Yeah almost tell her I'll go to her room in a bit" I say and she nods

"Alright and good luck, also remember to not bring up whatever you guys do in bed" Kelley says as they both leave the room

"I'm not that dumb Kelley" I say as I button up my shirt

"Okay well good luck" she says and they walk out the room

"I'm nervous help me"

"You'll do fine, just be yourself" Sam says patting my shoulder

"I have to go now" I say as I grab my wallet and phone

"Don't worry about anything" Becky says

"I'll try not to, okay bye guys"

I walked over to Mal's room fixing myself as I knocked on the door.

"Well hello to you" she says kissing my cheek

"Oh wow you look absolutely smoking" I say pecking her lips

"Shall we get going?"

"We shall"

Mal's POV

"My hands are sweating" Ev says wiping her hands on her black jeans

"There's no reason to be nervous baba" I say as we get closer to doors of the restaurant

"What if they don't like me?" She asks and I told my head "I have tattoos, some parents don't like tattoos"

"They're going to love you and so what you have tattoos they're cute on you" I say giving her hand a squeeze

"I'm scared"

"Don't be, now come on let's go inside"

"After you" Ev says holding the door and I smile

"You're so cute" I whisper

"Only for you" she whispers and winks

"We have a reservation under Pugh" I tell the hostess

"Of course follow me" He says and we follow him.

"My babygirl come here"

"Hey dad" I say hugging him

"I've missed you" My mom says and I smile

"Hi aunt Mal" Marley says and I smile

"Hi Marley" I say hugging my niece

"You seem nice" I hear Bri say and I turn around and I see Bri looking at Evelyn
