Evelyn's POV
"Am I Tobin yet guys" I say and walk over to Tobin and stand next to her
"No"
"You suck Kelley"
"Hey you're wearing my clothes kiddo" Tobin says
"You gave them to me" I say
"Oh that's right now run along" she says
I walked into the ice rink. My feet slowly remembering how to skate. In minutes I was skating just like before.
"Ow!" I hear someone say and I look around to see a little girl on the floor so naturally I skate towards the little girl to help her.
"Hi sweetie" I say
"Hi" she says and she looks like she's about to cry
"Hey hey don't cry it's okay you're doing good come on I'll help you yeah?"
"Okay" she whispers and I help her up
"I'm Evelyn what's your name?" I ask
"Heather"
"That's a really nice name" I say and she smiles softly "Where are you parents sweetie" I ask and she point to her parents who are skating towards us
"Thank you for helping her really thank you so much" The mom says and I smile
"It's no problem at all really ma'am" I say
"Still thank you" the woman says
"Mommy can Evelyn skate with me she can teach me" Heather says tugging on my sweater
"She looks busy with her friends baby but we'll help you"
"No no it's okay really she can skate with me I don't mind" I say
"See mommy!" Heather says and I chuckle
"You sure it's no bother?"
"None at all" I say and she nods
"Come on Evelyn!" The little girl yells
"We won't be far I promise" I tell her parents
"That's fine don't worry we trust you" the dad says and I nod
"Hey baby E w- aww who's this little girl!" Ash says which makes Heather hide behind my legs
"It's okay sweetie don't worry hey do you like hugs?" I ask and she nods "She gives great hugs"
"Really?" Heather asks and I nod
"Go she'll give you the best hug" I say and she gets to Ash
"She does!"
"Told you now we're going to skate so bye Ash" I say as I leave with Heather "Alright sweetie first thing is first you have to believe in yourself always believe in yourself.."
Christen's POV
"She just loves helping doesn't she" Becky says as we both look towards Evelyn helping the little girl
"She has a big heart" I say
"Big is an understatement" Carli says from behind us
"The kid has an enormous heart" Alyssa says
"When you've gone through the things she has you learn a lot of things" I say
"Hey have you seen Ev?" Mal asks me and I motion to the ice rink "Who's that?"
