Chapter 79

Evelyn's POV

"CATCH ME!" I hear someone behind me yell

I quickly turn around and I see Sonny running towards me.

"Sonny no! NO! Don't jump don't ju- OOF" I groan as we fall onto the floor and she lands on top of me

"You have muscles Ev! How can you not catch me?! I could've died!" Em yells

"Sonny you couldn't have died, you fell on top of me! If anything I WOULD HAVE DIED!" I yell

Sonnett got off me as she helped me up.

"Mal your girlfriend is broken! She almost killed me!"

"No I didn't! Kelley come get your girlfriend! SHE IS BROKEN!" I yell

"Hi baba" Mal says as she wraps her arms around my neck

"Hi monkey" I say and peck her lips

"I missed you"

"I missed you too but now to important business, did you bring more hoodies and some shorts for me?" I ask and she sighs

"In my suitcase"

"What are we waiting for let's go!" I yell

I picked her up and started to run to her room.

"Evelyn don't drop her!" Mom yells

"I won't!" I yell back

I finally got to her room and opened the door as I still held her with my arm.

"Hey Rose" I say as we go inside

"There you are! I've been waiting for you! I have new pictures of Wilma" Rose says and I scrunch my nose "NO! You promised you'd look at them"

"You did" Mal says

"Fine just because I love Wilma" I mumble

"Hey after you're done can we talk?" Mal asks and my eyes widen "No! No! No! Not anything like that"

"Oh okay well yeah sure" I say with a smile and plop next to Rose "Alright Rose hit me with the pictures"

Tobin's POV

"Chris can we talk about something?" I ask as she finishes changing

"Is everything okay Tobin?" She asks placing her hand on my cheek

I looked to the other bed where Julieta was sleeping peacefully with Evelyn's stuffed leopard.

"Tobin? What's wrong?"

"Julieta called me mama the other day and I froze! I completely froze!" I say

"That's okay"

"Is it though? She called me mama and I froze and I continued on with the conversation with her like nothing ever happened"

"What would've you done if you were ready?" She asks

"Well I don't know"

"Exactly you wouldn't have known and you didn't know so it's okay, she won't notice your change in behavior or tone of voice unless she pays attention, if she said it, it's because she wanted to and well she definitely meant it"

"I just, what do I do if Daisy or Evelyn call me mama? Then what do I do?" I ask

"Well babe you just react the way you do when it happens" she says shrugging

"How did you react?" I ask

"Just like you I froze, then I smiled, hugged them and told them I loved them" she says

"Mommy?"

"I'm right here baby" Chris says getting from our bed and walking over to Julieta

"Mommy where's mama? I want juice" Julieta says and I smile

Chris looked at me and she told me to go over to them.

"I'm right here princess" I say picking her up

"Mama I want juice" she say rubbing her eyes. Her hair messy and she looked so sleepy.

"I love you, come on princess let's go downstairs and look for some juice yeah?" I ask

"Yes! Come on mama! Carry me?" She asks and I chuckle

"Sure come on let's go" I say picking her up and placing her on my hip "We'll be back"

"Don't take too long" Chris says

"We won't" I say opening the door

"Bye mommy!"

Mal's POV

"And that's it!" Rose says and I sigh loudly

"About time! Rose you took TWO HOURS!" I yell

"Send me the pictures? I like them" Ev says

"Seriously?" I ask and she shrugs

"What? They're cute! I also want a puppy" she says staring up at the ceiling

"Okay I'll let you guys talk, but Ev I'll send you them don't worry" Rose says as she walks out the room

"So what's up buttercup?" Ev says smiling

"You're cute" I whisper as I kiss her nose

"Thanks but you're beautiful" she whispers and I smile as I kiss her lips "But now really Mal what's up?"

"I want you to meet my parents and sister and I want them to meet you" I say a little nervously

"Okay" she says and I look at her with a shocked face

"Okay?" I ask

"Yeah, okay. I want to meet them too" she says grabbing my hands

"Really?"

"Well yeah, you are my wonderful beautiful girlfriend and I would love to meet your parents plus if I ever want to..." she whispers the last part

"What's that last part you said?" I ask and she laughs

"Nothing nothing, but back to your parents. When will I meet them?" She asks

"Funny thing"

"Oh no, Mal oh no" she says as she gets up from the bed "When?"

"The day after we play England" I say and she relaxes

"Oh okay, I thought you were going to say right now in like an hour or something" she says and I giggle

"No nothing like that don't worry" I say and she sighs

"Good because I need to go find some nice clothes to be presentable for your parents"

"You don't have to"

"Oh I do" she says

"Are you leaving?" I ask

"No I need to pee, I've been wanting to go pee for HOURS"

"Oh okay well then go pee!"

"I'm going woman!" She yells and goes to the bathroom

"Hurry up I miss you!" I yell

"I'm back" she says with a smile

"Cuddles" I pout

"Okay but only for a little bit then we have to go with everyone else to talk about J's birthday party or whatever we're going to do" she says and I nod

"Okay, but how about a nap first?" I mumble as I snuggle into her

"Sure" she says kissing my head

"I love you" I mumble
