Christen's POV
"She's taking it hard isn't she" Channing asks me as she motions to Evelyn and I nod "She'll be okay Chris"
"You don't understand how bad it was when I told her"
"She's a strong girl she'll be okay"
"What if she isn't? Then what do I do?"
"You just have to help her"
"Look at her Channing she's just so heartbroken" I say as we both look at Evelyn who is sobbing in Julie's arms
"Hey Chris!" Tyler yells
"Yeah?"
"Mom gave this to dad a while ago said it's for Evelyn" Tyler says as she hands me a small box
"What is it?" I ask
"The necklace and ring" she says
"As in THE necklace and ring she would never take off?" I ask and she nods
"Dad said mom wanted her to have it in case if well this happened"
"I'll give it to her" I say and they nod
"You should go check on her" Tyler says and I nod
"I got her" I tell Julie as she gets up and I take her spot "Pumpkin breathe for a minute"
"It hurts"
"I know it does baby but I have something for you" I say and she looks up at me

"It's from grandma she wanted you to have it" I say as I hand her the box
"What is it?" She asks
"Open it" I say and she looks at me weirdly "Just open it"
"Woah wait isn't this the necklace and ring she'd always wear" she says and I nod "I can't take this"
"She wanted you to have it" I say as I wipe her tears
"B-but she was your mom hell you, Tyler or Channing should have it not me" she says
"She specifically wanted you to have it don't worry" I say and she grabs the necklace
"Can you put it on me please" she asks and I nod
"There" I say and she grabs the ring and puts it on
"I'll keep this safe I promise" she says
"I know you will" I say as I kiss her temple "Now drink some water okay? I'm going back with Tyler"
"No please don't leave" she says as she clings onto me "Don't go"
"Okay just you and me here how does that sound?"
"Perfect"
Evelyn's POV
"Come on baby eat" Chris says
"I don't want to I'm going back to bed" I say as I get up from the table
"Please eat something anything"
"No" I say as I walk into the guest room
I laid in bed just looking at the ceiling, who knows for how long.
"Hey kiddo" I hear Tobin say
"I want to be alone"
