I grabbed my bag and took the spare uniform and the clothes for tomorrow out of my bag and showed my bag to Sylvie "That explains it" I took out a packet of cookies
and shut my locker. I walked back through to the common room and sat down. Joe looked at me "Don't fight a pregnant woman for her food" "I'm sorry I just want to know where you got them from" "I got them from my house". I had one cookie left

I threw the packet down "Joe just eat it" I ran to the ambo and got in. I hit the lights and sped to the scene. I got out and pulled on my blue rubber gloves before grabbing the medical bag and running up to the door. "Chicago Fire Department" I knocked on the door a few times before a girl no older than 12 answered the door "Help my dad please" she pointed towards the man lying on the floor "Switch on 3" the woman looked at me "1...2...3...." we switched and I continued CPR on the man it probably wasn't a good idea in my condition but I do whatever I need to, to keep someone alive. "He's type 2 diabetic" "Have you tried giving him sugar?" I grabbed the blood sugar test and pricked his finger "2.7" I grabbed the sugar tablets and opened his mouth and put one in. We waited and eventually, he started breathing for himself. I checked his blood sugars "5.2" I packed up quickly "Sir we want to take you to Chicago Med can you walk?" "I think so" I helped him up and to walk to the ambo Sylvie got into the back and I jumped in the front with his daughter. "What's your name?" "Lucy" "Hi Lucy I'm Kat how about you press that button there" I pointed towards the button for the lights "And that one" he pressed the lights and sirens and we drove off to med.

"Yeah sure," We walked out to the ambulance bay " What's up Kat" "Why's Jay been acting weird?" "What do you mean" "Ever since the day I got out of the hospital Jay has been acting weird" "Kat I don't know" Sylvie walked out "Well if you do find out tell me" I jumped into the ambo "Stop running into the ambo" I gave him a thumbs up and drove away. We got back to 51 and I walked into the common room and Erin was sitting there. She saw me and walked up to me and hugged me I pulled away "What's Jay done?" I walked over and took some pasta and ate it. I was really tired so I went through to the bunk room and took my boots off.
