18. Are you okay?

... Are you okay? ...

Me, eyeing the cut on my arm:
"Yea, just a scratch."

Levi:
"Let's go to the infirmary."

Me:
"It's alright, really!"

Levi stepped nearer to me and looked down coldly:
"Do you want me to disinfect it with the alcohol from the wine-cellar?"

Well, if it's you..., I thought.
"Fine, I'll go, but let's take Hange as well.", I said then.

Quickly we went to the carriage and greeted her. She was awake, but looked very tired.

Me, empathetically:
"Hey Hange. How are you?"

"As healthy as a hors-", she coughed in the last part and I looked over to Levi in worry. He focussed on Hange.

Levi unemotional:
"We'll go now."

Hange:
"Can I get the blue bandages?", she whispered in question, while we were going back.

I chuckled.

Hange:
"It's because there is only one left. I checked last time."

Me softly:
"Of course, Hange."

Hange grinned and hugged me.
"You're the best, (Y/N)", she mumbled.

"So, you're ready."
The nurse looked satisfied to both of us and Hange's eyes gleamed in happiness.

Hange with a widely open mouth:
"Thank you so much, it's even-", she stopped and took a deep breath.
"-my favourite blue-tone!"
Excitedly she marvelled at her bandage.

Me:
"Ouh, Hange, look, there's even something that's shiny!", I pointed at a few glitter-pieces.

Hange's mouth widened even more:
"Aaaaah..."

Levi from the corner:
"Tch. Lunatics."

I turned to him and frowned.

The nurse smiled:
"No problem. Glad you like it."

Suddenly the door flew open, revealing Thomas Grünberg:
"HANGE! BEANIE IS ACTING STRANGELY!"

Hange immediately turned to him and responded with a high pitched voice:
"I'm cooomiiing!"

Before she left, she turned back on the door:
"(Y/N), did Levi agree?"

Levi, annoyed:
"I'm right here. Instead of asking her, ask me now."

Hange, scratching the back of her neck:
"Yeah, sorry. So?"

Levi emotionless:
"No."

Hange pleadingly:
"But Levi..."

Levi more annoyed:
"Next time ask me directly, instead of sending brats to deliver your stupid requests.", he said and closed the door.

Hange, knocking on the door:
"But Levi...!"

Levi:
"Tch.", he said.
