Two days later after their little date, Namjoon got to see Changkyun finishing up the song, this time he was the one coming to Namjoon's studio happy and with almost sparkling eyes wanting to show Namjoon just what the end result had been.

He hadn't taken all of Namjoon's advice, and in all honesty, Namjoon was glad he hadn't, cause the end result was much better than what Namjoon himself had come up with. Namjoon could feel the love coming from Changkyun in every beat of the music, every word from the younger.

Changkyun was far from a professional singer, but Namjoon was honestly happy that in the end, he had gone with singing. The love had held for the 6 other men were clear, and Namjoon couldn't stop from having an equally dumb smile on his lips, mirror Changkyun's own, while they were listening to the song.

"What do you think?"

"It's not a perfect song," he was not gonna lie to Changkyun, he didn't deserve that, he had trusted Namjoon "I don't think it will ever make it to an album, but it's perfect for what you wanted. This is... this is love in a version of a song, you should be proud of yourself."

Changkyun's face eagerly lit up, it was in moments like that that Namjoon could really remember that the man in front of him was still so young. He was still just the maknae, no matter how much he liked to act older than he was, "really?" he was so eager for praise, and Namjoon was more than happy to give it to him.

"Yeah, you should be proud they are going to love it." of course they would have loved anything Changkyun was ever gonna give them, but that was not the point.

The younger grinned happily "thank you... not just for helping, but for listening as well, I was slowly talking myself out of finishing, that it was a bad idea, I really needed your words."

Changkyun stayed with Namjoon for the rest of the day in the studio, they were later, even tho with hesitancy joined by Hoseok.

It was weird having somebody from BTS meet somebody who was courting him, at first Namjoon was worried that Hoseok would be mean about it or anything like that, but that was just stupid thinking. It was Hoseok, the man didn't have one mean bone in his body. In the end, he actually got along really well with Changkyun, who like so many others, easily opened up for Hoseok.

Hoseok even told him a few embarrassing stories about Namjoon, but for a good reason kept away from everything going to late into BTS's story. In the end, Changkyun and Hoseok were happily chatting, Hoseok showing embarrassing pictures of Namjoon that he had from before the omega became an idol.

Namjoon was busy trying to either just disappear at will, and if that didn't work out, at least just hide his face as much as possible. Okay so, in the end, it was kinda cute that Hoseok still had the pictures of Namjoon after so long, and it warmed Namjoon's heart. Made him feel that even tho he didn't feel like he was part of the pack, and they hadn't always been good at treating him like he was part of the pack... he had been after all, after everything.

In the end, their paths once again had to separate as Namjoon, with Changkyun, was on their way back home to Monsta X, and Hoseok to the Beast dorm where he was spending his time.

It was first then that Namjoon thought of the fact that it had to be that same day that Hoseok's rut had stopped, should he even be out walking like this, then again it did explain why he smelled so nice. Namjoon had been wondering why, yeah normally Hoseok had a nice scent, but it was even better at that time.

Another thing was that it was the first time that Namjoon had seen him being so... happy and healthy after a rut, Hoseok always boxed himself into the spare bedroom when was in rut, refusing to come out, refusing to do anything, at the time Namjoon hadn't thought much of it, it was just one of those 'Hoseok' things. But as Namjoon had learned after he had presented, being alone was one of the worst things an alpha could do during a rut, they needed people around them, if not their own pack, then people they deeply cared about and trusted.
