Marinette was making breakfast like she did for her and the person who imprisoned her. She didn't mind since she enjoyed cooking and baking. And once she delivered the breakfast she made her own. But she never enjoyed anything in her life except her free time. She loved to paint, draw and design. But she was lonely she had no one to talk to. Until one night when a flyer came in with a breeze.
It was about a karaoke night. She smiled and read on. She found out it was at a masquerade ball. A way to find new talent and just have fun. She completed all her tasks that day and got to work on her outfit.
Damian was practicing his ability with his katana. And has been for the past three hours. But then his family barge in and tells him they are hosting a masquerade ball. Her groaned but promised to be there and to participate. And so after a few more hours of practice he was to go get ready.
When Marinette finished getting her outfit made she snuck out. She knew that Lila would be asleep right now. And so she knew that as long as she was back on time. She would be fine. Here is her outfit.

Damian finished getting ready. He had taken a shower to wash off all of the sweat. And then gelled his hair back like he usually did. He checked to make sure his outfit was complete before leaving.

He had forgotten his mask. He walked over and put it on. And looked at himself one last time.

After coming to the conclusion he was ready he went to join his family. And just then a women walked in. She looked amazing in her midnight gown, midnight colored lace mask and her hair done up with sparkles that reminded him of the night sky.
But then the lights dim and everyone turned to the stage. Where a DJ stood. He had a smirk before talking.
"Hello everyone! Do tonight we are going to start with a surprise duet. And a mystery song. So let's begin!" Two spot lights roamed the crowd. Until they landed on Damian and Marinette who were then pushed to the front. And each got handed a mic.
"Alright these two will be singing I see the light from Disney rapunzel." (Video up top) And so the music began and Marinette began to sing. Damian joined in when his part came. And then they sang together never breaking eye contact. When they finished there was silence in the ballroom.
Then the room erupted but that didn't faze Damian or Marinette they just stood there staring at each in the eyes. Never looking away once.
