Note: I'm sorry for the delay! There were a number of unexpected things happened today.

I would say it's pretty mild but still proceed with caution. ⚠️

Baek Jang-mi stood with the other agents in a building close to the warehouse where Min Tae Gu was meeting Cho Cheol Gang and his contacts. The monitors connected to the surveillance cameras installed in the warehouse and gave a view of the different sections of the area.

The final amount of the art pieces just came in -- the group was moving $50 million US dollars of antique pieces and smuggled historical artifacts.

"That's why there's this much security," Jang-mi mumbled to herself. Her eyes darted to the various screens. Right now it was quiet.

Min Tae Gu was seated by one of the windows where he could perch himself up to take a seat. Based on their briefing, he knew that this was covered by one of the snipers, but he knew enough to not linger for too long in that position. There were cameras around but he had no microphone on him.

Agent Kim did a last minute run through of the teams in place.

"Perimeter?"

Check.

"Security team?"

Check.

"Snipers?"

Check.

"Negotiators?"

Check.

"Rescue team?"

Check.

Baek Jang-mi watched as Min Tae Gu paced around the area. He was playing with the knife she gave him, making him look even more dangerous and handsome than he already was.

Thinking back to their earlier conversation when she handed him the blade, he told her, "I'll be safe. The agents have everything covered. Don't go running in and being a hero, understood?"

Narrowing her eyes at him while fixing his coat, she said sweetly, "Do I need to remind you that you're not the boss of me?"

"Jang-mi-ah..."

"I will do what I want, Mr. Min. But don't worry. I won't be reckless." Meeting his gaze, she returned his words to him. "Don't go being a hero either. I don't need one. I need an ex-crime lord back home with me."

Kissing her nose, he stepped back to assess her outfit. She had on a black leather beret, a black and white striped scarf around her neck, a mesh top which you can see through, and then leather pants. The whole looked was finished of with knee high boots that had 3-inch heels. "You're too beautiful for this."
