Confidential Assignment - 20

A/N: Hi everyone! I hope you're enjoying the updates this weekend! I've seen my schedule this week and I expect that I won't be able to post during the work week or might only be able to post one. So I'm posting as much as I can now before real life takes over.

I'm also going to try to write in advance then post a few in the coming days. Let's see. It's just that I get so excited to share the stories with you so I post it as soon as I'm happy in the rewrite.

Sorry for the long rambling. Here we go! Second update for Sunday.

Some sections are mature but generally fluff.

"Jang-mi! Hello! Jang-mi?!"

"The connection must be bad. Her screen is frozen."

"It can't be. I can see her sighing and biting her nails."

Baek Jang-mi was at the dining room with his laptop, which she borrowed, in front of her for this video conferencing meeting.

This has been the third day she's been staying with him. Because they had little need for clothes, dropping by her place wasn't important and they had basically been together all this time.

Right now, she had a great view of his back and ass since Min Tae Gu only wore boxers and an apron while preparing them snacks. She couldn't help but drool at the sight. That handsome, sexy man was hers.

She sighed.

"JANG-MI!!!!" Ok-geum screamed.

Turning to the screen, Jang-mi was pulled back to the task at hand. "What?"

The ahjummas, glad that they were finally connected with her, started grilling her.

"That's not your house. Where are you?" Myeung-Sun asked.

"With Tae Gu," Jang-mi replied.

"Didn't we agree to six months?!" Ok-geum reminded her.

She looked at Min Tae Gu, who was now watching her, shaking his head, mouthing, "You stay here." Jang-mi turned to her friends, "I want be with him and he wants me here."

"Come on, ladies," Young-Ae said. "We know how she feels. Give her a break. Jang-mi-ah, tell him not to break your heart."

Jang-mi nodded.

"Don't break his heart, too," Myeung-Sun reminded her.

"I promise," Jang-mi said, staring at Tae Gu who smiled, gratefully.

Taking off his apron, he walked over, placed a plate with fruits and a glass of juice for her. Bending down behind her, he waved to the women. "Hi ladies! I hope you enjoy your weekend! After you plan the birthday of the actor, can I have my girlfriend back?"

The ahjummas had no reply because they were all gawking.

Jang-mi giggled and pushed him away. "Go! You're shocking them! This will be an hour maximum."

Tae Gu nodded and then whispered, "Okay. But remember our deal if that extends."

Jang-mi gulped. He was going to do something naughty.

Ohhhh, she wished this meeting would run long.

Kissing her on the forehead, he finally exited to the bedroom, giving the ladies even more to gawk at.

"I can't blame her for not wanting to leave," Ok-geum said.

"Yah! Come on. What are the plans? The gifts will be sent to his agency, right? Is it too presumptuous to have a wish for the actress, too? I mean, they haven't confirmed," Jang-mi commented. "I'm not even sure I like the actress."
