From the moment they parked in the basement lot and Baek Jang-mi gave him a seductive look, Min Tae Gu knew he would lose this game. 

She stood at a polite distance from him as they rode the elevator to their floor but, after she gave him a mysterious smile, her gaze dropped to his lips while she promptly bit hers. Then, down to his neck, chest, belt... where she saw proof that she was affecting him. She kept her eyes there while she licked her lips, making Min Tae Gu shift his weight and audibly gulp.

She was ready to eat him up and she wanted him to know it.  

Inside their apartment, after they arranged their purchases, Jang-mi wrapped her arms around him and said, "Are you really up for this? I won't push it if you're not feeling so good. I want you to pass out from too much pleasure not because you're sick again."

Min Tae Gu chuckled and kissed her forehead. Cupping her face, he kissed her gently. "I have to admit, I am worried that I might not please you like you want but I want to try. How about I'll let you know if I feel strange? Would that be okay?"

She nodded. "Perfect. Now, I'll take a shower first." 

Leaving him  in the kitchen, she started walking to their room but disrobed all the way in. Min Tae Gu tried to steady his breath. What a woman Jang-mi was. Sometimes, she was such a baby that he felt like he had to be careful with her. But sometimes, like tonight, she could make him act like it was the first time he was going to be with a woman.

And he loved it.

While he waited for her, he set the table and prepared the food they'll be having for dinner. She may have had a specific agenda in mind that night, but Jang-mi still made sure their meal was filled with healthy dishes that would help his healing.

In the shower, as the warm water hit her skin, Baek Jang-mi smiled and then immediately sobbed. They were tears of joy and relief. He's okay. He's okay, she thought assuring herself and thanking their fates that her Mr. Min was healed. She was free to dream of a future with him again and she promised herself to never take a second of it for granted.

After her quick shower, she headed back to the dining room where she found him scrolling in his phone reading up on news. Their meal had already been heated and waiting for her. Taking her seat beside him, she smiled up at him and thanked him for fixing up the table. "Are you really feeling fine?"

Min Tae Gu leaned over to kiss her forehead and gave a side hug before he scooped portions in her plate. "I'm good. Don't worry about me."

Even if she had told him of her intentions for the night and didn't bother to dress, except for a robe, after her shower, they spent the dinner just talking. 

"Let's take a trip," Min Tae Gu suggested. 

"Can we?!" Baek Jang-mi asked, excited at the prospect.

"Is there anywhere you'd want to go?" he asked.

"Beach! Maybe in the Maldives? Or Europe... I've always dreamt of walking along the streets of Paris," she shared.

"Sounds great," he said. "Let's search for flights and hotels in the coming days."

Jang-mi nodded. "Let's go to the theme parks also! Can we go next week? I want to ride the ferris wheel!"
