"Do you think she's like this?"

Jin-heon was browsing scarves at the department store. They already bought food from the grocery for a meal that Jin-heon would prepare on their first day at Im Soo-ah's hometown. After that, they headed to the store to purchase some items that her mother might need.

"Gloves? Will she need gloves? This blouse is nice. My mom says it feels good on the skin. Maybe we should get one for your mom, too?" he suggested.

"Sure," Soo-ah said, trying be more cheerful than she was feeling. She was still bothered by an earlier call with her mother.

When Soo-ah said that Jin-heon was requesting if he could prepare their meal upon arrival, her mother said, "You say he studied in Paris? Does he think the food there is better than here?"

"No, Eomma," Soo-ah said. "He just wants to show you some of the things he has cooked for me. It's very good and cooks this soup very well. You like soup, don't you?"

"I like the one I cook," came her mother's stubborn answer. "Tell him not to bother. I won't eat anything he cooks."

"Eomma," she pleaded.

"Soo-ah? What do you think?" Jin-heon asked, holding up two scarves. "Which color should we buy for your mom?"

"Blue," Soo-ah said. "You know we already got so much!"

"It's alright. You don't see her very often," Jin-heon said.

While they were paying, Soo-ah tried to casually drop her news to Jin-heon, "By the way, Eomma says no need to cook for her when we arrive. She'll handle our meal when we get there."

"Sure? Okay," Jin-heon agreed. "I hope I'll be given the chance to cook for her sometime."

"I can't believe you!" Soo-ah complained while they were on their way to her hometown.

Jin-heon chuckled. "What?! I just followed your instructions."

Soo-ah wasn't truly mad with him and what happened was 100% what she intended.

That morning, while Jin-heon was moving their luggages out of the room, Soo-ah suddenly wrapped her arms around him and kissed his back. "I can't believe I won't get to hug and kiss you for a week," she sighed.

"Uh-oh."

"What?" she asked, frowning.

"When you say those things, I usually end up naked in bed," Jin-heon teased.

Soo-ah's eyes widened. Placing her hands on her hips, she rebuffed him by saying, "Excuse me! You're the one who always tempts me so that I won't leave."

Jin-heon wrinkled his nose, then leaned in to give her lips a peck. "That's true."

Soo-ah rolled her eyes.

"Can't help it. You're so sexy," Jin-heon continued, planting kisses on her nose and jaw before pulling he close. "So... back to bed?"

They shared a giggle... and then ended up naked in bed, as expected.

Their little romp didn't cause them a significant delay, but she now sported hickeys in her inner thigh and she just felt like such a rebel. However, she couldn't deny that she was the one who asked him to do it so she really shouldn't complain so much.

Holding his hand while he drove, she stared at his profile. "You're really handsome, you know?"

Jin-heon looked at her. "Hey, hey. We're driving. Don't take that tone with me otherwise we're doing to end up by the roadside with me taking you inside the car."
