A/N: Does anyone know Hoon's surname? I'm pretty sure I recall in one scene in Late Autumn I saw it or heard it but cannot recall now and am too lazy to rewatch the movie. Anyway, I'll just use Lee Hoon for now.

"This project will require migration of all the company databases so we are engaging all the departments to ensure that we don't miss out on the information you need and to ensure that client records are not adversely affected."

The Project Manager proceeded to explain that this was why the representatives per unit were selected and will be working with the the IT consultants assigned to their divisions. "Sales, Marketing and other front office functions? Where are the representatives?"

Hoon raised his hand along with three other people.

The Project Manager smiled. "There. You will be working with Joo In-ah-ssi, our senior consultant. Please expect an email from her on the requirements."

Interesting, Lee Hoon thought. This would give him a chance to get to know her better, wouldn't it? But, right off the bat, he knew it would be a challenge.

Joo In-ah approached them and confirmed their names. "Song Eun-jin?" she asked. When her colleague nodded, In-ah checked that in her list. Then, after the third person, she started walking away.

"Hold on, you don't have my name yet," Hoon called out. "It's Lee Hoon."

Joo In-ah gave him a passive look and said, "I know. We met."

Other men would probably feel offended, but not him. Hoon smiled brightly and commented, "You remembered!"

In-ah frowned at his reaction. Though curious that being aloof did not put him off, "Yes," was all she said in return.

"I'm looking forward to your email!" he said as she left the meeting room.

Again, In-ah showed surprise but only gave him a curt nod.

His friends caught his comment and all chuckled. Kim Ju Meok put an arm around Hoon and said, "You can't crack that one, Man. Joo In-ah is famous for being hating men."

"What are you talking about? I just said I was looking forward to her email?" Hoon defensively said.

Kim Ju Meok rolled his eyes. "No one looks forward to work emails even from a pretty lady. And I'm telling you, you will get no where with Joo In-ah."

"Yes," Park Kwang Beom chimed in. "Majority of the men in this office have tried to ask her out and no one has gotten even just a coffee date."

Hoon rolled his eyes. "Not even a coffee?"

"No," Kwang Beom shook his head. "There was one guy from Operations that joined her table during lunch and handed her a coffee but as soon as he started talking about something unrelated to work, Joo In-ah got up and left him."

Interesting, Hoon thought again. Challenging.

"I'll bet you 50,000 won that you will never get a date with Joo In-ah," Pyo Chi Su said, waving the money in front of Hoon's face.

Hoon rolled his eyes. "Are we in high school? Haven't we learned from movies that those things never end up well?"

Kim Ju Meok nodded. "Right. Don't do it, Hoon."

"I had no intention," Hoon said. "Anyway, since Pyo Chi Su has 50,000 won to spare how about he treats us to coffee?"

"Yah! That's not the deal," Pyo Chi Su protested.

"It is now!" Hoon said, pulling the bills out of Pyo Chi Su's hands and heading to the cafe with the others.

Hoon pushed the topic of Joo In-ah temporarily at the back of his mind.
